Thanks, I am aware of it & have it in my possession.

There may be a reason why it is not sold in the US without Dr's prescription ... another reason not too fond of nosodes especially when you can't antidote them if something goes wrong.

She took Baccilium on Aug 8the morning. The same day in the evening her fever was 99.8deg F. It continues to be random, currently 99.6Deg at 2PM today... sometimes it is 98.8...

Her cough continues to be bad on lying down/after going to sleep; day or night...chest hurts when she coughs too much. Left knee pain is bothersome.

Is there I can start something for cough? Also can I give her Calc Phos 6X for knee pain?

ok, I have other medicines Reckeweg made which have been very effective. There has been no sunlight exposure and no repetition under the X-Ray machines. The remedy is not old.

Also, she has tried Kali carb 30C & 200C bought from Standard Homeopathy in the US recently and these have shown no results / changes.

All the remedies taken so far have shown no change...

Update:
She did take nux vomica as advised, first 2 days after taking Nux had fever whole day in the range of 99.3-99.7.

Then her fever became normal but would rise only when she was on the phone. Last two days it was like 98.8 & today it was again back to 99.7degF.

What she has noticed is that last few days her stomach is very bloated and it's not clearing well even though she has not changed any diet. Today it is better but some days it is better and some days it is bad.

Her congestion does not have a fix pattern. Sometimes she gets so stuffy that she has trouble breathing and then after few minutes it gets better on its own, but still she does not have any taste or smell. Overall head and nasal congestion is bad ... basically no change.

Cough was also better earlier but it getting worse again.

Overall feeling of well being is completely missing and getting worse as the days are passing, energy level is low.

Please advise.

Hi Rishimba / Hi Zady:

Updates and answers to questions:

1. Her thirst seems to be low, I don't feel her mood changes happen in her. However, she feels everything is 'suppressed in her'. She does have a tendency to hold herself inside as does not want to bother others and also does not like confrontation.

2. Pulsatilla 200 was prescribed to her within the last year or so and it did not help her.

3. I gave her Nux 200 single dose on Friday Aug. 15 morning. The same day her fever shot up to 99.7deg F. She felt that everything had dried up internally w.r.t. sinus congestion. Her post nasal discharge increased. She had felt this same dryness feeling earlier also when she had taken Nux 30 this dryness feeling continues.
The next day (yesterday) she got severe headache on the right frontal and side of the head... more pain on region above the right eye/forehead. She ended up taking Advil and not sure if this had antidoted the Nux Vomica 200.

Hi Zady,

Wanted to provide an update:

1. Her fever was normal yesterday but not sure if it does not rises during conversations ... probably still does.

2. Cough is still there while sleeping, some days better, some days worse but better than what it was few weeks ago.

3. Energy level some days seems better some days same. No significant change to make any claim.

4. Head and nasal congestion is same but was able to smell for a minute yesterday.

5. Legs still very achy, no change.

6. Abdomen still does not feel very light. Even though she has daily bowel movements, does not feels very clear.

On recommendation of her physician she is getting CAT SCAN of her sinuses and chest today but won't have the findings for another week.

Do you still feel Nux Vom is the medication for her?

We started on Nux 8/8, not seen any significant changes.

I can repeat NV 200 on her as directed, I am patient but need to understand the game plan here.
