First time hemorrhoids sufferer. Help needed _{Page 5 of 9}

Hi sir,

I am coming back as you told me. Today was the last day of my antibiotics course and I will not be taking any more of that.

Current situation is not very good. Your prescription for aesculus and nux vomica did help a lot but pain is still there.

Now I am having pain after stool (sometime during) scale 2-3. After stool pain continues through out the day. Sitting also is not comfortable and pain and heat feeling is there. heat feeling is also through out the day scale 3-4.

I have extreme aching and pain in my lower back like some thing is broken in my lower back. scale (4-5).

Please continue to guide me through this. I was able to reduce this a lot previously before this dental incidence but I guess i have restart now.

Hi there,

Reporting back after 5 days of medication. Pain has reduced and overall better state but its not reduced enough to sit comfortably. Constipation due to antibiotics is gone.

Stool pain 1-2
back pain 2-3 increased in the evening time.
heat feeling 2-3
feeling pain in prostrate and needle like pinch feeling.

I would kindly ask you again if you consider giving me a prostrate medication. I strongly believe the key problem is heat / inflammation in prostrate which is effecting everything around in that area.

I have to get up at multiple times to urinate especially after taking aesculus in night as it id diuretic in nature.

I also have needle like pinching (little bit) and deep pain in my prostrate area with lot of heat sensation. Also feel pain after ejaculation.

I think if we address prostrate problems too hopefully we will resolve everything.

I have ordered the medication and it will be delivered next week. Just to confirm you want me to continue sulphur and nux vomica in evening time and Aescules at sleep time everyday for one more week.

Condition is still the same as the last post.

Dear sir,

I need some urgent help. I haven't received my new medication yet but I am feeling extreme heat in my prostrate area.

Severe pain / aching in my back (I have to sit on ice packs for this) and it is increasing day by day. I just want to make sure that any of the medication I am taking is not responsible for this.

When i take aesuclus in night I have to wake up several time in night to go to bath room and I just want to make sure that it is not intensifying my prostrate condition.

A prompt reply from your side would be much appreciated. Please advise something to take care of this pain/heat feeling.

ok, I will stop everything from today and send response everyday but if my condition doesn't improve I need to go to the doctor which will put me on antibiotics again since that the only medicine for prostatitis here.

I want to ask one more question.We use olive oil for cooking food. I know it is hot in nature and i want to know if that could be the cause / factor in my illness of inflammation.

Hi there,

I am coming back for daily feedback. after i use ice packs my back pain went down enough that I slept through night and I am feeling much better after that. Stopped all medication.

My prostate pain is down a bit but still heat sensation and pain while sitting is there. The thing that helps me is to put ice packs and warm shower is very relaxing.

On the good side aesculus did take away my pain in rectum and there is no heat feeling in my rectum during or after stool. The only heat feeling is whats coming from prostate.

Back pain is still bad enough that i am using ice packs couple of times during the day. Still feels like my back is broken but overall significant improvement from yesterday.

Daily update. Feeling more better than yesterday but pain and heat while sitting is still there. Back pain is better but still needs ice packs at least 2 times in the day.

Heat/pain while stool and after is not there anymore but I do feel weakness in my lower back after stool.

Feel very tired all day long. Still haven't received the medicine conium and not taking any medicine.

I will come back tomorrow.

Hi there,

Reporting back. Went through a very bad night was up all night long because of back pain. Ice packs are not working anymore.

Stool pain and heat is not there anymore but prostrate is giving a lot of trouble. pain and lot of heat in the gland.

I went to the doctor again today who did a urine sample it come out negative so no infection.

He told me the same thing that i have chronic prostatitis and recommending taking antibiotics. I dont want to take antibiotics because they dont help me. I already went through 2 courses of antibiotics this year without any major success.

I am still waiting for your response and not taking any medication.

With current condition. I don't have any pain and heat in rectum what so ever but prostrate is very inflamed. Doctor did a prostate message and check up and I almost cried with pain.

The most bothersome is lower back pain which is very strange. If I lie down I feel lot of pain in the area just above my hips on my lower back but if I touch my back muscles I feel no pain what so ever. I can pinch them, push them without pain so whatever is it it is coming from inside and felt like muscle pain.

I suspect I am having reaction with a drug or supplement i took?

Just to tell you I dont want to take antibiotics because it has lot of side effect on me and they dont help either so please let me know if I need to get any more new medication for my prostate. I took sabal for couple of days without any major success. I dont have enlarge prostrate just chronic inflammation due to whatever reason.

HI there,

I hope you are good. I have been traveling for work so I haven't get a chance to reply back.

I haven't taken any medicine since our last post (a week). I just wanted to see how my body reacts without medicine. Here is the current situation.

- None or very little pain while stool.
- Felling better overall health wise.
- back pain was treated with heating pads and over the counter muscle pain relievers. None or very little pain in the back.
- my pino nidal cyst has come back and when it is aggravated I feel inflammation in the tail bone area between buttocks. This also cause a bit of pain while stool if any but when it is not there no pain in stool.
- Prostrate still the cause of most of the problem. Uncomfortable while sitting the most. I don't feel pain per say but I can feel the whole organ and there is inflammation in there. also uncomfortable in the prenium area.

When i went to the urologist and he did the prostrate message my problem was gone for couple of days, vanished, but it has slowly came back and that leads me to believe that the original problem is my prostrate. It also causes heat in prostrate if I don't drink at least 8-9 glasses of water in the day.

I am ready to begin medication again. Please let me know what you want me to take for my prostrate. I haven't taken arsenicum album yet.

I am not sure if you have closed my case but I was waitng for the reply.

Just to add today I had a bit of hard stool and my burning in rectum has returned.

Not anything major but I can't feel it after stool passing.

Cold water washing does help with the burning feeling but not gb
