First time hemorrhoids sufferer. Help needed _{Page 3 of 9}

Ok so the back pain is specially in the very lower back like around tail bone just above buttocks. It is not sharp but dull ache. I used to get these pain when I become extremely tired (in the past). The thing is I am taking 9 hours sleep and not really doing any physical job, my job is a desk job involves sitting all day.

Normally back pain starts near the end of the day and I feel tired too. I feel a lot better after taking hot shower (I take every day after returning from office). I tried to walk around 2 miles a day at slow pace to keep myself fit.

I dont normally get these after stool but I do feel pain in the area if I get hard stool or feel pain in rectum.

Timing wise it is worst around 8PM to sleep time around 11pm. I dont have them all day but just in the evenings.

Just wanted to update you (daily you said) that I am pretty much the same minor constant heat and inflammation feeling as before all day long. back pain is better but I was off from work today so may be that's why I was relaxed a bit.

today was first day of stopping ratanhia and continuing aesculus hip.

I felt awesome today, no pain and heat feeling (or very little if at all) at all which is very good, i hope it will keep that way.

Dear sir,

Today is the third day. My heat feeling in rectum has come back but no pain. I am still better over all.

No back pain and even heat feeling is not very bothersome as before. Sitting however is still a bit pain full.

Let me know if you need more info and please advise what you want me to do.

Dear sir

I have Aescules 200 c in liquid form could you please tell me the procedure with drops form? I don't have pills or pallets.

I also have aesculus in 30 form can I use that?

Dear Sir,

I want to give you update about the condition. I completed the 5 days of medicine as instructed.

I am happy to report that I have no pain most of the day and night now. Morning pain and heat feeling is also almost gone.

Very little heat feeling come back if I get to tired and start a bit of back pain but it is very low in intensity.

I feel very good now as most of the time I feel normal.

Please let me know what should I do next.

I skipped one dose as you said but in the morning my burn feeling while stool and after stool came back. Not very intense but I can feel the increase. I had to take another dose to make it to the office.

Just wanted to update you and see if you want me to change anything or continue the course your prescribed.

Sir,

I want to ask the question again if this is related to sex. I had intercourse this week and after that i started feeling heat feeling again during and after stool.

Please let me know if there is any connection or I should refrain from sex.

No pain just burn feeling. it has increased a bit and stable at a 1-2 level on a 1-10 scale where 10 being the worst. After Stool passing in the morning it is there. No back pain though. I am just wondering is my prostrate problem is intensifying this.

I will complete 7 days and come back with update.

Hello sir,

Tomorrow will be the 7th day of taking medicine per your prescription. last 5 days were good and no problems (no pain no burn) except back pain couple of times.

Today I again felt burning and pain during stool and most of the day. It is not crazy bad but it does denotes a change in daily pattern.

I did eat ground chicken meat yesterday so I don't know if it is because of that.

Let me know what do you want me to do next.

Dear sir,

Pain and burn feeling through out the day today. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the worst, today my burn feeling is around 3 and pain is around 2. It started today in the morning during and after stool. I am eating fiber and lots of water like everyday.

First 5 days were without any pain or burn and I was almost normal.

I am not eating any kind of seafood, spicy food, oily or fried food or meat except for chicken but after yesterday I will take more care.

Is there anything else I should be avoiding? also tell me about medicine.

Hi sir,

After taking the medicine 3 more days the burn feeling is still there (same 1-2 scale). It comes and goes but sometime it stays for long time periods.

After stool when I wash rectum I feel little bit of pain (1-2 scale) while washing but no pain after that during the day.

Lower back pain is back and also my pilonidal cyst has grown back to a pea size. It was gone for almost 4 weeks.

Don't take me wrong I have come along way in recovery but seems like this last bit is taking forever to heal.

I am stuck at 99% or so recovery ans was hoping to get 100% healed up and live without medicine.

Just wanted to update you that i have been taking med for the past 5 days. I was pretty normal throughout the week but today again my pain and burn feeling has increased.

Pain (2-3) and burn feeling is (1-2). The problem is not going away completely even after taking medicine this long.

I am still using the diluted version of aesculus as you told me to.

I was pretty ok for the whole week but it happened today but no change in food nothing exotic.

Did went through intercourse 2 days ago.
