Hi Fitness,
Yesterday was better, I had pus but 30% less, and i was feeling alright right uptil end of the day.
It was difficult discharging pus, and i really had to put a lot of pressure to get it out, i could feel it oozing out, it wouldnt come outside the body through the hole.
after 15 minutes of soaking my bum in hot bath and applying pressure again it came out. I had a sound sleep and next day morning i was feeling normal.
Now its 3 in the afternoon and i have immense pain again, i am trying to get the pus out but nothing is happening only pain and its getting unbearable.
There is swelling and i want to get the pus out, its driving me nuts - not able to concentrate on anything.
I have a big day tomorrow, An interview with my dream firm and i want to be relaxed tomorrow.
I am praying somehow i am able discharge this pus overnight so that i get some hours of peace tomorrow.
please help..i can try to order calendula but it would take 3-5 days.
How about hepar sulphar i have it, 200c i guess, and i read it is usefull in healing the fistula inside out..
please advise i really need to be relaxed and feeling well tomorrow atleast for interview time 3 hours..

Then i decided to go to General practioner here to see if she can give me some antibiotics.
just when i boarded the bus and sat, the pus started draining, and by the time i reached the doctors office, considerable pus was discharged( same as last earlier day, 30% less than when i had the heaviest pus discharge after silecia)
The doctor asked me to take antibiotics she prescribed - cephalexin capsules 500mg 4 times a day.
When i reached home, i cleaned the pus and again sat in hot water to remove remaining pus.
I was able to get calendula cream too, so after the bath, i applied calendula cream inside the anus as deep my fingers could reach.
Its sleep time now, and i took the anibiotic prescribed.
let me know your thoughts
I would like to avoid surgery in all cases, i only went to the doctor because i have really big interview tomorrow and i dont want to be concentrating on pain, and really focus at the interview.

Please get hold of Hepar Sulfur 200c and take one dose, just a single dose.

I had asked for Calendula Q (mother tincture) not cream. Once you get that please let me know.

I have hepar sulpher calcerium 200c can I take this now, I already took antibiotics prescribed just an hour ago.
One more thing, I applied calendula around 8-9 pm and just now, I applied slight pressure, I was surprised to find some pus mixed with blood ooze out, it was not much may be 40% percent less than previous discharge.
After cleaning, I again applied calendula.

Hold on taking the antiobiotics for 1-2 days, if things don't improve with Hep Sulf then we will.

Well here is an update from my side.
Friday was good, with little pain and discharge in the night, and again some more early morning at 3.30 or so.
After that i took the antibiotics untill saturday afternoon.
Saturday - there was discharge in the night, similar to Friday but about 70% less compared to when i took silicea.
I stopped antibiotics on saturday afternoon.
saturday night i took hepar sulphur 200c i dose as advised.
its sunday - whole day was same as friday and suturday, generally feeling good, but there manageable pain, and in night after sitlsz bath, pus discharge, quantity is same as last 3 days.
Please advise what next, can i take another dose of hepar sulpur 200c tonight ? as i am not on any antibiotics now, and i am afraid the infection will increase and be the same unbearable pain i felt on thursday.

I only took 1 dose of hepar sulphur 200c, yesterday 9pm, you advised only one dose.

I think sulphur worked, I am feeling great today, there is still inflamation in my right butt, its like a small lump.
I went for a scan today, the scan results were good, no infection or pus was detected.
Doctor gave me another round of anitbiotics.
I think, i will finish the antibiotics course now and pray almighty that this doesnt come back.
there was no pus discharge today uptil now.

I don't think you need another round of antibiotics as they will weaken your immune system.
I believe we can control it with Hepar Sulf.
Keep me posted so that I can tell when to take another dose.

Please start eating home made OR plain (non flavored) yogurt with live cultures, at least 3 table spoons daily for 5 days. This will restore the flora balance in your digestive system which has been destroyed by antibiotics.

Today was also mostly nice, but towards the end, there was burning sensation.
There was inflammation on my right butt for some time, like a small lump, today the burning sensation was concentrated around that.
I got the feeling that the inflammated area - will turn into a pimple like thing and burst out :(
after dinner, i think 2 or 4 drops of pus came out, and pressure is relieved to large extent, the lump is still there, but the burning sensation is gone.
please advise.
