Dear Dr. Kadwa,

I took Coca 30 also but the situation remains the same. Penis is loose all day and there seems to be no movement even after watching porn. There seems to be very less libio.I tried to erect it by trying to masturbate but it remained loose, although i did not masturbate.

Please advise as I am very worried.

I have note tried Acid Phos before. I have ACID PHOS Q with me, will that do or should i get in 30 potency as advised. Also, what about the dosage of Tribu Terres Q that i am taking twice in a day ?

Also, my diabetes levels as of yesterday were fasting 146 and Post Prand 212. So it has improved from before though fasting levels are almost the same.

Dear Kadwa,

I took ACID PHOS 30 since two days and also took Divya Yauvanamritvati as prescribed in one of your forums and has observed the below:

Day 1 : There was a good erection around 4 am at night and it was there for 5 minutes.

Day 2 : The erection happened at around 11 pm and lasted for around 5 minutes. I also had a 60 ml peg of vodka around 10 pm. Once I went for urination, the erection had gone and the penis was again cold and small. After that , there was no erection.

I will continue the dosage for 7 days as advised by you and will give you the update after 2 days again.

So now , I am having the below medicines:

Tribulus Terres Q - Twice in a day

Acid Phos 30 : Once in a day ( evening )

Divya Yauvanamritvati : Twice in a day , with luke warm water.

Pls advise if any change has to be made.

I have been taking the above medicines regularly and the erections happen sometimes in the middle of night only.

It is almost an year that i did not have sex because of this problem. There is also a fear of failure that has developed and i tried to have sex but there was premature ejaculation without erection.

Please advise.

Please take Zincum Met 30 twice a day for 7 days and see how that affects. If this doesn't work take Belladonna 30 in the same way.
i appreciate your perseverance. i approached the case through many angles but couldn't give you any relief.
i can understand that now you may opt for a change in prescriber.

I also appreciate your efforts to cure me as you did your best. There were times when i got some relief but it was not permanent. I still have faith in you but if you want to refer to some other prescriber then i leave it to you and you can transfer it to someone who you think can help me getting out of this issue as it has become quite serious in my life. In the meantime i will take zinc metal 30 as mentioned by you.

Please advise me on this.

If i start zinc met 30, do i need to take tribulus terr Q as well ? I have seen people taking cydonia vulg for penis size and erection. I have cydonia vulg 200 , can i take that orally and apply it on penis for its size.

cydonia vulg 200 is a high potency and should be tested independently for better evaluation. Tribulus Terr Q may be continued.
You may try Cydonia Vulg 200 before starting Zincum Met.
The remedy should be taken internally.

You may take Cydonia Vulg 200 every alternate day over 10 days.

Cydonia Vulg 30 may be taken daily for 10 days.

Trib Terr Q may be continued simultaneously.
