Hi kadwa , it has been 2 weeks now and i am taking coca 30 as advised by yourself. The erections are better though i still did not have any intercourse so i dont know how i will be able to perform in real scenario. The erections do happen but at night and in the daytime , i generally do not feel sensations in penis, so the erections in daytime are almost negligible.

Can you advise how to proceed ?

Hi Dr. Kadwa,

I followed your prescription for another week and there has been improvements in the erections. Now, I am having better erections i.e. the penis hardens more often, however, I do not know how it will be when I have intercourse because the last time when I had sex with good erections and after that I haven't had because of this problem. Also, the erections generally happens in the evenings. Is it because I get free from my work and in the daytime I am busy in work.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Hi dr kadwa ,

I took the doses and the erections do happen normally at night. I am still not sure about the premature ejaculation problem. Will that also improve ? Please advise further course so that the erections happen normally in daytime as well. Like if i watch some porn etc in daytime etc to arouse but the erections are not that firm. Whereas , at night they happen on their own while thinking of some sensual thoughts.

Let me know if i am doing something wrong.

Hi dr.kadwa,

I took the dosage as advised by you but the situation is more or less same. Coca 30 has improved the condition to some extent but the penis size is still small and it is loose in daytime.At night if i hold it for some time then it gets erect but it is not very firm. I havent been able to have intercourse since 6 months now due to this as i am also scared of the erection failure.

Please advise.
