Itchy red spots turned into White patches--Vitiligo?

Hi

My son is 3 months when he had rashes, we applied moisturizer, Eucerine, it was still itchy for him and he is scratching even in night times whic made him to wake up even in night times, when he is 1 year, these rashes turned into reddish/white spots on the neck, around mouth, Doctor recommended Hydrocortisone and we are applying still he is scratching, at around 18 months it became white patches. Now he is 2 years still scratching and white patches are also spreading. We referred one dermatalogist- he mentioned as vitilago

If this vitilago are there any treatments on a 2-year old boy. We used elidel for 2-weeks, I could not see any differences. Then dermatoligist prescribed protopic, we are applying from 1-week, i dont see the improvement either.

can anybody suggest treatment

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Nux Vomica 30C in the morning and evening for 10 days and report back.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 15 minutes before or after taking medicine.
