I have started Pankaj Varma treatment on pilonidal sinus Page 7 of 14

Hi Nawaz,
I took 2 pills of the Ledum 30c this morning. The sinus is a little sore today and is closed.
Also I took a look at the sinus last night and it looks the same as it always did really. The pit is still there and the two pin holes above that and then the cyst above that which is about the size of a pea- but it can be bigger when its flared up with pus I suppose, its(cyst) at its smallest now but it has been this small before. Do you think I should apply Calendula Cream to the area also.
The Berberis Vulgaris 4x pills arrived today aswell-my ankle is not too bad either.

I don't see any harm applying Calendula cream around the cyst.
Good news about Berberis Vulgaris, please start taking immediately, 4 pellets, 3 times a day, for one week.

Hi Nawaz,
The pit is pink as is the two pin holes. The cyst is purple with a red pimple in the centre and a thin red border around the cyst.

Hi Nawaz,
Im just giving you an update. I am currently taking the Berberis Vulgaris 4x (4 pills) three times a day and ive take the Ledum 30c twice daily for the three days so im just going to take it now as I think I need it. The cyst has been pain free for the last few days and is still closed- The cyst is red /pink and the pimple like spot on the cyst is gone. The cyst has now reduced in size also- about three quatre the size of a pea now.

It is 8.30am here. The time here is five hours ahead of your time- so I won't take any meds today until you awake and whenever you see the post.
I thought the cyst was very slightly sore to touch this morning when I touched it first but it didn't feel sore when I touched it a few times again. The cyst has reduced in size from about three quatres of the size of a pea last night to almost flat this morning and its red/ pink in colour.

Dear Ruffe,
Please go ahead and take a dose of Calc Sulph 200C asap.
Then, you may take one dose of Berberis Vulgaris 1X at night before you go to sleep. This remedy will take care of the blood.
There is no need to worry at all as it is normal and good indication that blood is flowing in the area.
As you are saying 'red/ pink in colour', indeed, again, is a very good sign of healing. This color will turn to normal skin color soon!

Thanks for all your brilliant help, the Berberis Vulgaris is 4x and not 1x as you were saying-I presume thats ok. I have taken the Calc Sulph 200c wet dose and will take the Berberis Vulgaris later tonight- 4x?

Under neath that it looks like there is two very tiny pin holes there instead of previously one and the other pin hole is below that and the pit is still there beneath that- the colours of these are red and were never really sore.
I have taken no meds today.

The yellow/brown red discharge that shows up on the tissue when I wipe the cyst - i think it could actually be blood thats there for a while on the outside of the cyst and has now dried- and when it dries it is a faded light colour brown/ yellow. It is not like the yellow colour pus that would of come out of it before which was moist. This looks like dried in blood- I may be wrong- what do you think?

Do you have Natrum Sulph 6X?
You may also take Ledum Pal, 1 pill in 2 sips of water, nicely dissolved using a spoon today.
Please keep the 1 pill for future use.
