I have started Pankaj Varma treatment on pilonidal sinus Page 3 of 14

Hi Punkaj,
The red spot is closed for the past 2 days. I am currently taking silicea 6c three times a day. The red spot is sore to touch and the 2 pin holes underneath are also sore to touch. The biggest hole(pitt) at the very bottom has closed around over 50% and is not and never really was sore to touch.
What meds will I take now and what will I do?

Stop Silicea 6c...2moro morning take another dose of Myristica 200c.
(no more meds after that for 48 hours).

Hi Punkaj,
My usuall dose of taking myristica 200c as per your instructions is 5 pills, three times in half hour gaps which = 15 pills altogether, but I only had 8 pills left, so I took the 8 pills which is only a half dose and ive ordered more which should arrive on mon. or tue.
So will I take the proper dose(15 pills) when they come on mon. or tue.?

Even 8 pills will work to a major extent.
Take the next dose on Wednesday...till then watch for more developments.

Hi Punkaj, i got my meds today and will take them tomorrow, but on the outside of the box it says myristica 'seb' 200c. The last time it just said myristica 200c . Is this the same meds? is it ok to take? Thanks Ruffe.

It will open up on its own...no med for the time being. After 48 hours start with Silicea 6c.....3 times a day.
When the pus and blood start oozing out....wipe the area with clinical cotton, apply Calendula cream around the area of the spot...not over it.

Hi Punkaj,the last meds I took were myristica 200c on last wednesday(5 days ago).The spot still has not re-opened so I have not taken silicea 6c either.
Can you please tell me what to do now?

I took the first dose of myristica 6c this morning and today I noticed the spot burst in a big way. There was a lot of yellow/brown oozing out and then blood.I am wiping it clean and applying calendula cream around the area.

Allow the vent to expel all the dirty matter..that is going to give the greatest relief. Will require about 2 weeks.
Once it is cleaned up...will give you meds to close the vent(s).

I made a mistake last night- I ate raw onions on half a bun burger before I realised they were on it-have I now done harm to the process.
You said its ok to have one or two beers-do I have that correct because im going away on holidays today.
Im taking my last dose of myristica 6c this morning.The red spot has been oozing since last wednesday,thursday,friday and saturday but is closed today.
It was very tender and sore over the last few days while it was oozing but is not sore today.

Hello Ruffe...I was down with viral fever, hence the absence from ABC.
You can take a beer or two in the after noon or evening etc. In the morning take Myristica 6c for next 4 days ....one dose each day. Let more drainage take place.
Avoid raw onions, garlic, coffee, hot/pungent sauces etc.

Allow it to ooze out. Keep cleaning the area and apply Calendula cream around the opening.
Start taking Silicea 6c...three times a day.
If you have pain...take Belladona 200c two doses in interval of one hour.

The sinus is open for the last 7 days with lots of puss and blood coming out- the most since starting the meds and the first time its really stayed open while taking silicea 6c.
Ive been taking silicea 6c for the last 4 days.
Its been very sore for last 7 days and it was extremely sore yesterday so I took 2 doses of belladonna 200c with a 1 hour gap.
The belladonna 200c pills are the same size as the myristca 200c pills and 5 pills was one dose with myristic 200c.
Is one dose with the belladonna 200c 4 pills?
Do you have any other instructionns for me.
