How much improvement in knee did you have after starting rhus tox 30, arnica 30? Whether you didn't take yograj guggulu?

IMPROVEMENT like , voice of crackling was less and also little bit improvement in legaments. i mean when i run or walk suddenly so knee was working little bit fine than before or present ,. but bad effects are also there...1--after one hour having medicine ,u have to sleep ...2--back pain for the whole day/...
