i am 42,female,
four year back i slipped in my house,leading to spinal injury,for which i was operated upon,as there was compression on the spinal chord.after operation i am able to walk without any help ,can do house hold work.the problem which i am facing are-
1-stiffness in knee joints i can not band my limbs ,stiffness in outer side of thighs , hip joints.
2-numbness in legs &groin area still there
3-unsteady while walking,lot of energy needed to control myself ,or i fear i would fall ,especially on uneven surface.
4-after operation my eyesight is also affected. before operation i never used shades.but now use them ,my power is increasing,because i find it difficult to read and watch TV with my old specs.

Please take three doses of causticum 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 5 days and report back after 15 days.

i started causticum30c from today,sorry for answering late,because of unavailability of the medicine in our area i could not start them earlier,
is there any side effects of causticum,i took 4 pallets twice at gap of 4 hours.

i feel more stiffness in hip joints and difficulty in walking.
can i take gnaphylium 1m (14 )drps diluted in water with causticum as it gives me temporary relief from stiffness &knee pain.which ialready taking since last 2-3 months

Okay. Please take causticum only for one day. You may take gnaphylium 1m if it gives you relief. But it is not very common to repeat 1M potency often. i think that your Homeopathic Physician should have considered many remedies for you and has finally settled with gnaphylium 1m. In the present situation i recommend you to do the breathing exercises. Please do 10-15 minutes to start with and gradually increase it to 30 minutes. Please do the exercises regularly. This should definitely help over a period of time.

Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning.

first i would like to try the medicine than exercise as its very difficult form me to sit on floor.should i stop gnaphylum

Please try to understand that cases like this are very difficult to handle through internet.
Breathing exercises can also be done while sitting in a chair. There is no need to sit on floor. Please start doing the breathing exercises, after few days you will do them effortlessly.
