Thanks Doctor. I had some exposure to deo and perfume yesterday for quite long duration and it was really intense. Do you think it might have antidoted the remedy. If yes should I repeat the dose

Dear Dr.Neil
Took one dose of calc sulph 200 on 9th June and it worked for initial few days. After almost a week my skin again got really bad but as you were not available for suggestion I repeated a dose of calc sulph 200 on June 18th and again it worked for few days. Now yesterday again I had a flare up and all my pimples are yellow pus filled and extremely painful. Though again my face is having lot of pus filled pimples but severity is terms of size is less. There are two cyst like inflamations around the nose which are maroon in colour. Neither it is drying nor it is suppurating. Constipation is much much better bowel movement is quite smooth most of the time but not always. I just saw your mail wherein you suggested natmur 30 c. It was in junk so couldn't take it earlier. Do you suggest me to go ahead with natmur 30 or it was for the specific problem which i mentioned in my mail. That problem is now over and I am pretty fine on that issue. Please suggest the next course of action keeping in mind mainly my painful acne. One more thing I would like to add that I feel calc sulph acted especially on the ugly huge cyst on my chin (whose pics i sent to you) which shrunk within 2-3 days (10% lump is still there). Would you suggest me to go for any pathological tests to ascertain the cause of acne as my present condition is not the same as i use to have in past years. Its more painful and severe

The typhoid parasites remain in the intestines for many many years even after taking antibiotic treatment.
They bring down the health and full recovery does not take place.
Before taking other meds...take Baptisia Q ...5 drops in 1/4 glass of water ...three times a day for 4 consective days.
This will clean up your intestines of the residual typhus parasites. (Other meds will have a better chance to work after this treatment).
After one week from that try the other homeo meds depending upon the emergent symptoms.

Took natrum mur 30 three doses five days back. There is no visible change except that the tendency to sweat has increased manifold. I am perspiring a lot. The remaining 10% of the cyst has also gone but there is no improvement at all in the acne. Daily there are new nodules coming up some are pus filled some are not. All are painful as usual. Also some small boil has come on my back but I attribute it to the scorching heat. Constipation is perfectly fine for last 2-3 weeks and I am really happy about it. But ironically I am not sure which remedy has really helped for this chronic constipation. As far as mental symptoms are concerned I am doing fine. No tensions no stress at all

4. Sulphur 200 one dose as my doctor suggested I need some anti miasm remedy before further treatment. Afterwards he gave me 3 doses of calc sulph which didnt help even in drying the pimples. Now I have got pimples even on my forehead which I never had for last 5-6 years.
5. Silica 30c three doses. Helped in constipation. But aggravated acne. It was like it made the acne bigger in size like accumulating everything under the surface. Interestingly all my nodules/ pustules resurface on the same spot. It always seems that there is some unfinished business on my chin for years and years and it has always looked a bit darker than the rest of the face'
Also please add ignatia 30 & ignatia 200 to the above list plus calc sulph and natrum mur as advised by you.
What do you suggest now that whether I should wait for few days more for Natrum to act? Can i go for some topical allopathic creams which may help in reducing inflammation and scars?

Nat Mur was given for a reason. First, it is indicated by your constitution; second, it is the chronic of Ignatia, which is its vegetable analogue.
After three days, list all your current symptoms and we will review it afresh.
I am deliberately avoiding giving Acne-specific treatment because it will not last for long.
Just have a little patience. God will cure all your ailments.

I am doing fine. Feeling extremely sleepy for past few days. Dont know whether it is tiriness or results of remedy. I slept at 10 yesternite and woke up at 8 in the morning. Also feeling sleepy in the afternoon. At times tough to open eyes that too in office :D Constipation is fine. Also have slight cough and phlegm and some bodyache but nothing major

Update:
Feeling extremely sleepy all the time. Thirst has increased. Dry tongue despite improvement in weather conditions. Not feeling hungry.
Periods got over on 25th but spotting on 29th & 30th June and also today. Felt a bit constipated today.

Mental symptoms:
As earlier I am happy most of the time with occasional bouts of anger. But I think intensity of anger has lessened. I dont shout that much and immediately calm down. But nothing extraordinary to notice. Or may be I dont really know what to notice.
Physical symptoms:
Constipation is fine but bowel movement not as smooth as it was two weeks back. Bleeding gums for last three days. Difficulty in night driving coz of flashy lights of vehicles coming from opposite side. Also itching in eyes while night driving. Skin less greasy but no change in acne condition except for the size and shape of simples. Now its more concentrated on and around nose. Painful inflammations of reddish/ maroonish colour on the nose with no opening. Black/brown scars of healed acne all over the face. Normal thirst and less hunger. Feeling very sleepy most of the time. Had some red pimples on hands and neck but disappeared in 2-3 days. Also some spotting out of the blue some 3-4 days back.
My hubby is travelling and will be back by today. He will get back to you then.
Please let me know do i need to get natmur 200 also along with the two remedies mentioned by you

Dr.Niel one thing more I would like to stress is that my acne is very painful. I never had this much severe and painful acne in my life. Thats why I am more concerned as its also hurting a lot, I can say that most of the lesions are as painful as boils.
