Hi Dr. Neil, I need your help.

I took the last dose of Acidum Nitricum 1M as suggested a month back. I did not feel any change since then. Now since the last two days the nodule on my thyroid gland is paining a lot. I have been extremely tired due to some home improvement project that we have undertaken. Could that be the reason for my pain?
Any remedies that can help me right now ?
I will be going to the doc next week to see what's going on. In the meantime, can you help ?
