I have taken the medicine and will report back next week.
I wanted to ask you about my son who is 18 months old. He has loose motions these days. He does watery stool (no smell) after almost every feed. He basically eats 'yogurt and Khichri' and drinks whole milk. He also eats some oatmeal for breakfast and some fruits.
He was passing a lot of gas before the stool yesterday, which got better after I gave him Aloe Soc. 30. He was a lot better last evening but again the motions are loose this morning. We have to travel by car tomorrow to a relatives house for almost 3-4 hrs., pls advice.

Depending on the availability od remedies with you, you can give him either Calcarea, Dulcamara, Rheum, Ipecac, Podo or Silicea.

Dr. Niel, I have all meds. other than podophyllum and Silicea. Did you mean Calcarea carb. or Calcarea phos. ?(I have both)
Which one is the best solution? I gave him chamomilla 30 for teething relief, will anything interfere with that?
I also wanted to tell you that he has developed a bad diaper rash because of the diarrhea, his bottom is red, bumpy (no pus or secretion). We are applying diaper rash cream which is not helping much.
His tongue is not coated. He feels hungry but can't digest anything, his stool is less watery now.

Hello Dr. Neil, I wanted to update you about my health status after I took Nitric Acid 30. I don't feel any major change just that I had several painful mouth ulcers in the last 3-4 days. I am also getting a lot of acidity. Cud it be related ?
I also wanted to update you about my son. He is doing better in the sense that the motion is no longer loose but he is going potty after almost every meal. He usually does potty only once a day unlike now. Pls suggest some remedy. His diaper rash is gone too.

It could be anything, from a curative aggravation to a proving of the 'Wrong Medicine' to a reaction to something spicy/oily you might have had. Too soon to tell now. Let's wait for atleast a week.
For your son, no more prescribing on particulars for him. Start a new thread giving details of everything from his mental state to habits to an exhaustive list of all his current physical symptoms.

Its been two weeks since I took Nitric Acid 30. I feel that the swelling on my thyroid gland seems to have lessened. I don't see any other major change. I eat the same way, sleep the same way etc. What's the next step ?

wanted to report back after taking Nitric Acid 200. I don't see any major changes, the swelling on the thyroid gland seems to have reduced considerably but I can still feel the bump.

Wet doses were the final development of Hahnemman's thought that he has openly advocated in the theoretical part of his book 'Chronic Diseases'.
It is a development of the split dry dose concept that he developed in the 4th edition of Organon.
In my experience, wet doses significantly reduce the occurrence of Medicinal Aggravation and is faster in action.

Hmm...when did you take the 200c dose? And in terms of percentage, how do you judge the improvement to be.

On Monday evening I think.
I am only judging the improvement by the physical characteristic. The swelling that was very prominent on my neck seems to have considerably reduced. I don't know what has caused it though.

I did take the dose almost 2-3 weeks back I guess and then reported back. Here is what I had written on 7/16/09

I feel much calmer now a days, no major changes otherwise. I have maintained my exercise schedule, have lost more weight and feel healthy.
