Atopic Dermatitis-Eczema in a child

Male Child 18 months old.

Complexion: Black.
General Characteristics: Intelligent, HyperActive, Make big noise, shouts loudly, angry, throws things out sometimes, beats his forehead on the floor when angry.

Perspiration on the scalp and forehead.

Likes cool air and sweets.
Likes Music and dancing.
Sleeps on the chest and knees keeping back up.

Family History: Itches with white pustules, Haemorrhoids, cataract, Vertigo, Hypertension, vitilgo, Acidity, Diabetes Type II. asthamatic Bronchitis.

Present Illness: Atopic dermatitis. Started from 2nd month after birth. Red rashes started on cheeks, and on scalp first, later extended to entire body. Intense itching. scratches till bleeds, scratching aggravates itching and rash.

Respiratory symptoms like lung congestion, wheezing, difficult breathing started when the above symptoms subside.

The child was born in USA. The above symptoms worsened in the winter season.
Upto 12 months old Homeo medicines - Ars alb 200, Sulph 200, Ipecauc 30, internally and Hydrocortisone cream applied externally.

Shifted to India in 12months age. Stayed there for 6 months. Allopathic treatment - Atarax (Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride 10mg, syrup Omnacortil (Prednisolone Sodium Phosphate 5mg) suspension
internally given. External application: Oilatum cream, Diprovate RD (Betamethasone Dipropionate) cream. used for two months. eruptions subsided, itching gone,
Later Homeo tried: Ars. alb 6, 200,; Rumex 200; Calc Sulph 200; Arum triph 200, Graphites 6, 200; Sulphur 200; Psorinum 1M; Mezerium 200; Ipecauc 30; Nat sulph 30; Immuno Force mfd by Bioforce AG, Switzerland, used internally.
external application: Berberis Aqua, Calendula, Graphites.

Due to above problem, hair fallen and became thin.

Sinece two months, Immuno force 5 drops in one tablespoon water twice daily internally and oilatum cream made from liquid paraffin, coconut oil/johnson oil externally.
The above treatment gave good result.
He is shifted back to USA on 15th Sept 2007 and is now here in USA. Since one week, the eruption red rash reappears on cheeks, on the eyes, on the scalp with intense itching.

I request the learned members to suggest similimum to the above case. Modalities are not clear and the subjective symptoms are not known since he is a child.
