Dear Rajendra Sir,
I am a 31 year old male and I have been slowly going bald since the age of 22. My scalp feels oily and I have lost much of my hairline. What do you recommend I do to stop the hairloss and regrow my hair?

Dear Rajendra Sir

how much duration does it takes for regrowth of hair if i follow above methods mentioned by you and any other medicines i need to take ? if so please kindly mention them .
And one more thing does rubbing nail helps in regrowth and stop hair fall even if i have MPB ?

I would be really glad if this cud be brought under control. This morning i applied sour yogurt in hair n i cud see a lot of hair in the sink. Please tell me if this can reverse the hair loss fully? n i m very regular doing this.

It looks you have some infection on yuour scalp.
Pl. apply regularly for about 15 days either Savlon or Dettol mixed in water before bath and after bath as well.

After that you can apply curd mixed with lemon juice.

In case you have dandruf then please let me know what type; Is it yellowinsh, white; dry or soft; or creamish etc.? The infection can be within and it has to be cured accordintly before you can acheive results.

Hair grows about 1/2 ' a month. You can speed this by taking good care of your hair and eating a well balanced diet. Eat whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean meats and low fat dairy. Make sure you are drinking at least eight glasses of water a day.
Also recommend to read Myhairway book, about hair regrowth

thanks for reply .But i've already tried all these things you mentioned but it didnt make any much difference. Can you suggest me any medicine? and where can i get your book?

Yes, Apart from applying antiseptic solution on daily basis both before and after bath, you have to stop using any oily application on uyour scalp.

Also you take Kali Sulph 30 (4 pills three times a day)

To stimulate hair growth one of the best methods is Burdock tea. I know burdock is not a homeopathic remedy as much as an herb, but I thought it may help someone. Drink 1 TSP of burdock and 1 TSP of dandelion root 3 times a day in 1 cup of water and hair growth should begin within a couple weeks. Remember not to take homeopathic remedies and herbs as the same time as they may interfere.
