Dear HahnemaniaFollowing is my detailed symptoms, and treatment history. As you can see that in my case there has been temporary cures, never any permanent ones. Please take your time and advise accordingly
Note: I am not a diabetic patient.

Sadness with tears.
Anxious apprehension and inquietude, esp. about the health, with fear of not being cured.
Thinks about dying
noise is disagreeable.
Loss of memory.
Misapplying words and syllables.
Head.©¤
Tearing and drawing pains in head.©¤Lancinating headache, chiefly in temples and forehead; The headaches are > by pressing the forehead.
Note ( The headache has gone down in severity, after I have drastically reduced my salt intake)
Eyes.©¤
Redness and inflammation of eyes,
Spots dancing before sight,
Glassy Eyes
Note ( Eyesight has always remained perfect, 6 by 6, though there has been extensive use of personal computers, watching television, reading books)
Ears.©¤
sometimes painful only if fingered
hearing capacity is good
Nose.©¤
Normal
Face.©¤
Colour of face, yellow, or pale and sickly, with sunken eyes, surrounded by a livid circle.
Haggard, exhausted look; lifeless expression.
Great redness of face, alternately with paleness.
Bloatedness of face.

Toothache, excited by cold water and sweet things in mouth.
Gums bleed if brushed hard, gums receding
Mouth.©¤
Dryness in mouth during sleep, must drink water during the night
Throat.©¤
Accumulation of mucus in throat specially after meal,
difficult to hawk up or to swallow, with sensation as if a lump of mucus were in throat.

Used to be very strong,
Strong desire for sugar, salt, sour foods, (lemon), meat of all kinds, French fries
Feel very uneasy after full stomach (once a week atleast)
Stomach.©¤
Pressure in stomach like a heaviness after eating.
Stool and Anus.©¤
Constipation, sometimes every second day.
Urinary Organs.©¤
urgency to pass urine, cannot hold
discharge of prostatic fluid with urine
Bed wetting while sleeping after extensive walking or running

Tension, tearing, and pulling in glans and in penis.
Testicles or glans painful after extensive walking, running, swimming, weight lifting
Smell of prostatic fluid comes from the cloth after doing extensive exercises, and
Urine gets very sticky ( more prostatic fluid) after those exercises
Excessive increase or absence of sexual desire.
Repugnance to coition.
Unwanted erection.
Erection is very strong occassionaly
Get easily aroused sexually
Premature ejaculation ( first and second time both )
Quantity of semen less
Watery semen sometimes
Will never have wet dreams, even if there has been no sexual intercourse for 6 months

Hoarseness and roughness in throat, with violent sneezing (3 ¨C 6 times )
Dry cough, esp. at night, and in evening;
the yellow pus and tough mucus has to be swallowed again and again
when shown to an allopath,infectious throat is diagnosed and antibiotic prescribed although there is no infection, and no relief after completing several courses of high dose of antibiotics.

Here I will try to outline the detail of homeopathic treatment, since I started keeping a record of them. Though the data is incomplete, I hope that it might help you, in any way.

Findings and Remarks :
There was no effect on prostate or thyroid, during the course of the above treatment, however, there was some improvement in urine urgency after I used Selenium ¨C CM on 15th Jan, 2001. This temporary effect was noted after 15 days of taking the medicine.
The above medicine was administered by a homeopath based in Dubai.

Started seeing Dr. Nadir of Karachi, and used his medicine for 2 months
The medicine for thyroid was TUBER BOVINUM 200, every nine days¡¡..
The medicine for prostate had no effect at all.
Stopped Dr Nadir treatment
Started using Conium 200 every week since 25th Jan¡¯05 for 8 weeks, the prescribing doctor is in India, nothing was taken for thyroid except ¡°Eltroxin 100 mg daily¡±.
The thyroid symptoms became very worse, and there was some aggravations in prostatic conditions.
The medicine was stopped after 8 weeks, was replaced by Calcarea Carbonica 200¡¡¡¡some improvement after using 4 doses, lots of aggravation
Stopped Calcarea Carbonica after 4 weeks
Completed 3 lunar cycles (taking 2 drops on 15th,16th and 17th of lunar months) of IODINUM 1M, as prescribed by a homeopath in India, with negative effects (increase in weights, body temperature going down considerably, etc)
Started seeing a homeopath based in Karachi since July¡¯05 for thyroid and prostate problems, first battery of medicine ended with 3 months of treatment with no results, second battery of medicine magically improved prostatic conditions by almost 80%, but only temporarily, had to continue the medicines for 3 months despite things worsening on doctors insistence. Stopped taking all homeopathic medicines for thyroid and prostate for 6 months, however kept on taking Natrum Mur, Calc Phos in biochemic form, which had some positive effects on Thyroid.
Started using some thyroid remedy since July this year, which had a magical effect on my thyroid (life long chronic constipation disappeared, could eat anything I want), the effect start declining after 2 months, and now again back to the old state.

The above mental symptoms could have been the result of one particular event way back in 1982, when I was severely insulted, and humiliated by a very close member of my relatives, which came as a big shock, since I was raised in an environment of parental love and was an admiration of brothers and sisters (me being the eldest one). After the unfortunate incident I couldnt sleep for weeks properly so hurt my psyche was. Anyway i wanted to mention this, maybe it can help you in finding the remedy

I will look at Ambra Gresa at your site, your previous advise werent directed towards thyroid, but prostate, infact most of the homeopaths try to treat my diseases seperately (thyroid and prostate),which is why they fail, and that's why I am trying to approach a classical homeopath.Now i have realised that the cause for all my afflictions is one and the same, but it seems that no one can treat me, if it is a karma from my previous life i am ready to accept it, but why should i give up fighting

You should take your case in your own hand. That's how arrive into homeopathy.
Even classical homeopathy would see you as you would discribe yourself to him.

1. Discontinue ANY & ALL homeo medicines, for atleast 07 days, before taking the following homeo treatments whatsoever. You may continue medicines anything apart from the Homeopathic front.
2. From your case history presentation, your constitutional medicines SEEMS to be 'STAPHYSAGRIA" though this could be inappropriate to say for sure when treating via Internet.
My perception of your treatment regime is as follows :
1. Staph-30 on day 1, one drop liquid direct on a clean scraped tongue, the last thing in the night.
2. Staph-200 on day 2, one drop liquid direct on a clean scraped tongue, the last thing in the night.
3. Staph-1M on day 3, one drop liquid direct on a clean scraped tongue, the last thing in the night.
4. Staph-50M on day 4, one drop liquid direct on a clean scraped tongue, the last thing in the night.
STOP (with feedback to me)
5. Thyrodinum-200, one drop liquid direct on a clean scraped tongue, the last thing in the night. Thyrodinum-200, will have to be taken one dose every fortnight, as above, for the next 3 odd months.
ALONG WITH ABOVE, MUST take following as a routine for the next 6 months.

Thanks a million for taking interest in my case. Medicines more than 200 potency are not available in this country, and sadly, medicines coming from Karachi, Pakistan are far inferior than expected. The better quality medicines are available in India and England, which has to be brought individually, which will ideally happen, If i visit India or England. I can take some risk (risk being at our end) and order some medicines from abc.
Further if you read my detailed treatment history, first medicine which worked miraculously was taken after a gap of nearly 6 months (my system was so overloaded by taking all those medicines), so I will give atleast 1 month before I start any medicines ( i hope i have all the medicines by that time)
You havent mentioned any precautions at all, is there any?
Being vegetarian while under treatment have helped me before, should i go vegetarian as well (although it has an adverse effect on thyroid in the normal course)

Yes Sazim....
(I had refrained from suggesting anything earlier as you had addressed your post to Jacob....although I had analysed the case at first examination).
Nesha's choice of Staphys. is correct....as first medicine.
However, second medicine has to be Silicea...there are very important signs suggesting need for this medicine:
1. White spots on nails...just Silicea !
2. Headaches are peculiar of Silicea
3.Silicea is a medicine for the toning up of all glands (including thyroid)
4. Sensitive to noise..Silicea
5.Coldness of hands and feet with overall chilliness
6. Weakness of forearms (wrists).
7. Pain in knee, legs, calves
8. Constiption, want of appetite...
9. Mind ..anxious, anguish.
All these point to the choice of Silicea.
I will not be surprised if you have smelly feet at the end of the day. May be you have in-grown toe nails.
There could be Brain-fag too.
You can do your own analysis.
Bio-chemics ...as suggested by Nesha are fine as they work as tonics.

1. No precautions, though IF you can be vegetarian, (which I strongly suggest at your age), you will have a great pal in me for life.
EXCEPT (read this carefully and repeatedly)
'DO NOT consume any FOOD, that is factory packed or factory processed, WHATSOEVER, STRICTLY'
THIS means, pickles (ummmm), cakes & pastries (ummmmm), pasturised butter (uggh), aerated soft drinks (aah haa), Ice-creams (ssslurp), jams, ketchep, choclates and a host of other eatables.
I feel there should be NO stablisers, preservatives, additives, colors, other taste makers or chemicals entering your G.I.Tract. (ask me further, if confused)
2. Buy from ABC, if affordable. Else, if you wish to arrange with my compliments & good wishes from India, It will be sent to you in saturated pill format (liquid not permissible via courier or EMS). Bach flower remedies can also be sent in saturated pill format, though liquid is the most effective. But I would say medicines from Karachi or Lahore (Pakistan), is good enough and effective enough. This is my personal experience and observation, during my few visits to Pakistan.
AND regarding KULDEEP and his various aliases, AND FIGHTING with Nesha-India. Kuldeep likes to fight with girls (and the rest is better not mentioned here or the moderator will ban me ONCE AGAIN for the ninth time).

1. No precautions, though IF you can be vegetarian, (which I strongly suggest at your age), you will have a great pal in me for life.

Bach flower remedies can also be sent in saturated pill format, though liquid is the most effective. But I would say medicines from Karachi or Lahore (Pakistan), is good enough and effective enough. I completely forgot to mention, that I do have smelly feet at the end of the day (no matter how good quality socks i wear). Its good, that we all three agree with Staph. I will definitely start with Staph as Nesha has suggested.

I agree with your observation regarding suppressed perspiration. Could be a cause in my case (sedentary lifestyle and controlled environment), though I have been a serious jogger in my early days (was trying to get rid of excess weight, without knowing the real cause..hypothyroidism), and jogging coupled with 100% humidity in the days of summer can put you in a natural sauna, so no problem there as well, even though I have stopped jogging completely (started effecting prostate), I still go for an hour walk 3 to 4 times a week, and go to sauna atleast twice a week.
Interestingly, even if i sweat,my body odour is not bad at all, infact there is no smell, whatsoever.
Now Question on the treatment regime you have prescribed
Can i go to instruction # 5 (Thyrodinum 200)now, before I complete 1 to 4, or should I complete 1 to 4 first, also If I start with thyroidinum, can i use thryoidinum 1M, and if yes, what should be the dose.
