He doesnt have PULS yet, can he start Silicea6x after lyco30c?
He has taken lyco30 for a week and then stopped for few days.

He is having these additional symptoms and in the Remedy Finder, silicea came up.

tired; from conversation;
throat; sounds; rattling trachea while talking
difficulty breathing while talking
difficulty breathing while lying down
breathing gets better after going into open air
dizziness while talking

What do you suggest?

I told him to start Silicea6x but he said he got fever again so he wants to wait until its over. He is getting these fever every week. He is used to living in countries with dry and warm weather but he moved a year back to a country where its always raining and weather gets really cold for few months and gets really hot for the next few months. Even though its always raining, he still hasnt bought an umbrella (even reminded him multiple times but didnt get) so probably gets wet and develops fever (not sure). Also he has a habit of taking shower but doesnt dry his hair with towel.

He said he feels sick when he is taking too many medicines. Does he need to take nux vomica before he starts the next medicines to wash away the effect of any bad allopathic and homeopathic meds that did not bring benefit or maybe causing him harm? He had been taking tylenol anytime he felt he was having fever without checking first with a thermometer. I do agree with you that he needs to take calc carb but he hasnt ordered yet so thought to start silicea instead.

He says he has high fever, coughing alot, loss of taste and headache and feels like covid. what to do in this situation?

Will Nux remove both the good and bad effects of medicines taken so far?

Thank you, I have asked him to take one dose. He said the thirst is less.
