ok he doesnt have this right now. I will wait to order this after seeing reaction from other meds he has first and if there will be additional or different meds that need to be ordered by then.

After taking lachesis, his pain is a little better. Still has neck pain though, hard to keep it up, neck feels heavy.

He took 5drops of Hyoscyamus, how many dose of hyoscyamus should he take? how often?

Should he take hyoscyamus everyday or alternate?

He did not mix the remedies. He took first dose of hyoscyamus after 4 days since he took lachesis.

A little bit about his dreams even before starting medicine. He said he sees a woman and theres some sexual activity and then he gets chased by animals so he keeps running from them and when he wakes up he sees the woman leave and he hears a loud scream. So thats why he has been keeping light on at night. Its the same dream every night. He talks with the ghost while asleep.

Other than this, he has religious insanity like using it as a reasoning to control wife or thinks the wife will have affair. Not sure if his sexual abuse also has to do with this or not. His father has religious insanity type of OCD as well. He lives with other people but no one in his room, he doesnt want to be with wife but still want to remain married. Changes his mind very quickly, very indecisive/confused.

He had mentioned a little improvement with lachesis, he only took for 3 days, then after 4 days, took hyoscyamus and have taken on alternate days for 2 days.

Do you think he should continue Hyoscyamus or restart lachesis? He has not started kali phos, silicea, sulphur or arsenicum. What should be the next step?

He is having back and leg pain again, and was having difficulty getting out of bed. He has taken 3rd dose of hyoscyamus. He now has Silicea, kali phos and Arsenicum album. Should he wait 2 days or a week before he start Silicea and Kali phos? Should he start Ars first?

He has started Aresenicum album 30c pellets. Should he take this once daily or on alternate days?

He has only taken Ars once a day for 2 days so far because he is afraid to take it 3 times thinking it will cause side effects, he is also taking aspirin once a day so dont want to mix or have too many meds. He doesnt seem like a person who would take meds 3 times a day therefore potency in the 200c would be fitting for him.

I think we maybe missing a puzzle here. He wants a bit of everything and afraid of side effect (being careful not cautious), he experienced extreme weather changes due to moving countries, and he was on omeprazole for acid reflux and abd. distension. He never had leg or neck pain before but he developed this after being in cold weather and taking omeprazole. He dislikes too warm weather as well, doesnt like to go out in cold or hot. He has been eating less to avoid worsening any problem (but he says he is experiencing lack of appetite), doesnt want to walk as it hurts to save from suffering. Doesnt want to take time off from work as it would lead to loss of money.

Symptoms seem to be of meningitis. He is still having severe stiff neck pain. Slight relief from pain by putting pressure/lying on the painful side. He still has cough, headache, backpain, leg pain, neck pain, constipation and diarrhea. Dizzines is still there. Nauseous. He instantly changes his mind, one day he will say yes the next its no. Irritable, anger. He desires to eat what he can not have. On and off fever, last he had fever was 1.5 weeks ago. He thinks alot and is hesitant about spending money on his health, he doesnt go to the doctor until its very late like when he says he felt like he was having heart attack. He still hasnt gotten the test done, making excuses that he was in pain. In his own words, I am having extreme neck pain and headache, I feel like ripping out my neck because it feels too heavy, still having lot of leg pain.
Wanting to go home/be at home type feeling. He has hydrocele. Swelling in leg/ankle. Eat excessive meat. Complaints from taking cold or getting hot in summer. Aversion to conversation, really difficult to get information out of him. Very irritable.

To me it seems like he needs Bryonia. I was also leaning towards Chelidonium, but bryonia seems more fitting. What do you think? Are there any specific questions that should be asked to differentiate further?

Would Bryonia 200 work? He doesnt like the idea of taking meds 3 times a day. He doesnt cooperate.

Are there other meds that should be ordered as a backup based on what I have described? Arnica, sulphur, apis mellifica, rhus tox, calc carb, nat mur? or should I order both bryonia 30 and 200? I can order 3 remedies at once.

He finally took Arsenicum 2 times for 3 days. Its been 5 days now since he took it. Still not feeling well.

SO far he has taken in the following order:

Nux vomica200: 15drops in 1cup of water divided it to take 3 times on early August for 4 days with a gap of 4 days in between. (outcome was pain in leg and back had increased, felt more pressure on heart couldnt sleep well, headache had gone, weakness was there).

Lyco200: 2drops in 1cup divided it to take 3 times for 15 days on alternate days in early september.

Lachesis200: 5drops in half cup water for 3 alternate days in mid november. (outcome: pain was better).

Hyocyamus200: took 5drops in 1cup 3 times for 3 alternate days in late november.

Arsenicum30: took 3tab started early dec for 2 days with a gap of 5days, then restarted mid december took it for 3 days straight 2 times. (outcome: still leg and neck pain, he said could be due to cold nowadays).


He said he is still having the following:
I feel very sleepy, tiredness, feel weakness in the mind have difficulty thinking, have extreme neck pain (used cream which relieves it a little), difficulty walking cant walk, stomach is coming out a lot feel a lot of its weight making it difficult to walk. Whatever I eat when I wake up I feel bitterness in the mouth and headache and dizziness. I feel very irritable now adays and dont feel like talking to anyone. I feel too tired therefore feel like sleeping all the time. My heart feels weak and I feel anxious.

I was going to restart him on lachesis200 after Arsenicum but not sure. And also kali phos 6x and silicea 6x. What do you suggest next?

He has lyco30 with him but he does not have calc carbonica, it will take time to be delivered.

He also has kali phos6x and silicea6x which he has not started still.

From what I remember, out of all the meds the only med he felt a little better from was lachesis200 which he has taken for 3 days in mid november.

What do you suggest he take now?

He is taking lyco30, said there is less bad odor coming from his body now. Body pain is still there, he said the pain is on the left side.

Also when asked why he doesnt call on video, he said his eyes feel like burning he feels it looks red when he wakes up. He feels scared when he is confronted, doesnt want or like to talk with people. When he speaks he feel very irritated from inside feels a want to fight but doesnt know why, feels very angry. He doesnt feel good inside, feels very nervous. When he wakes up to go to work he feels sick from inside and angry.

After he finish 1 week of taking lyco, do you recommend he start lachesis, silicea or calc carb?

I asked why he is scared of going into the crowd, or acts weird half the time when outside as this is the time when his stress goes up, he feels danger, his heart beat goes up. If with wife in a crowd he would accuse her of looking at another person or thinking of an affair. When asked why he is afraid his response was that he got lost in the crowd a couple of times when he was a child so he started going less outside. But he is still getting ptsd from that now that he is an adult. Therefore he doesnt stay in the crowd for long hurries to get home after an hour. Is this something lyco can fix? how long would it take since its a very old problem?

I also asked where the odor comes from, he said from armpit but more from gas. Urine is yellow, stool is mix brown and black. He also said he shivers at night due to fear, nervousness/anxiety and also when he opens his eyes. He is also having pain in his testicles for the past few months. Odor, fever and constipation is less now. He still has neck and shoulder pain. Other body pain comes and goes. He still keeps his light on at night.

I told him to continue taking for a week.

He has taken lyco200 every other day 2drops in 1cup for 15days in early september, he mentioned his headache and sleep was better, leg neck and back pain was still there and his hands were shaking more after taking it.

Right now he is taking lyco30. He was finally able to go to a gathering outside by himself but returned in an hour due to feeling anxious. Will lyco30 get rid of his agoraphobia(fear of crowd and public transportation) ptsd? Should he continue lyco30 for a week or switch to lyco200?

When I put in all his symptoms on this site, the following remedies are showing up now that could best suit him:
Pulsitilla(53%), lyc, nat mur, sil(49%), sulph, phos, ars, zinc(47%), nux, lach, graph(45%), calc, aur (43%).

Should I go ahead and buy pulsitilla, nat mur, sulph, phos, calc, zinc?

He doesnt have PULS yet, can he start Silicea6x after lyco30c?
He has taken lyco30 for a week and then stopped for few days.

He is having these additional symptoms and in the Remedy Finder, silicea came up.

tired; from conversation;
throat; sounds; rattling trachea while talking
difficulty breathing while talking
difficulty breathing while lying down
breathing gets better after going into open air
dizziness while talking

What do you suggest?
