Hi Simone-
I took the requested amount of gelsemium yesterday. It took me a little while longer to fall asleep than usual and I felt like I woke up more often, but still got a lot of sleep. I actually felt pretty good when I woke up. I was happy to see my family and was able to make then breakfast. I was even eager to go on a walk. I started feeling a little yucky on the walk- it's a weird flu like feeling that seems to come from the Remeron.
Physically: left ear pain, tired, head feels heavy
Mentally: "off" ; don't want to do anything, down, my reaction to situations feels different- more sensitive than my Norma self

Thank you

Hi,

1.is this a significant difference in waking up feeling good?
What is normal for you waking up?

2.the weird flu feeling- is that something that goes on daily
from the Remeron?

3. Sounds like you woke up positive and now apathetic.
Is that right?

And normally on this drug, are you in a down state?

4. Where are you with the tapering, how much are you taking
now, and what are your instructions on this.

We need to wait and watch, and then report again tomorrow
what has gone on.

5.I also want to ask: before all this began:

What was your thirst like?

What was your preference for warm or cold food?
For warm or cold drinks?
What was your favorite weather?

6. What is going on with the bad thoughts? Better, worse,
the same.

thanks,

Simone

Hi,

1.is this a significant difference in waking up feeling good? Yes I felt better and different, more positive than usual
What is normal for you waking up? Most often I wake up with dread, negative thoughts

2.the weird flu feeling- is that something that goes on daily
from the Remeron? Yes I feel like that is what is causing it

3. Sounds like you woke up positive and now apathetic.
Is that right? Yes

And normally on this drug, are you in a down state? Yes

4. Where are you with the tapering, how much are you taking
now, and what are your instructions on this. I started tapering in December from 23 mg. I go down 1 mg/week. My scheduled stop date is 4/10. I am on 4 mg right now

We need to wait and watch, and then report again tomorrow
what has gone on.

5.I also want to ask: before all this began:

What was your thirst like? Average thirst, now very thirsty

What was your preference for warm or cold food? I loved cold cereal in the morning but sometimes wood want warm oats. I feel overall I preferred cooler foods in summer and warmer foods in winter. I loved food

I will report back tomorrow

Hi,

You are having a good reaction to this dose.

If you are more sensitive, try to take a step back,
and don't worry about, bc I feel this is the remedy
working and it will pass and change. This is how
it works, do your best to be a neutral observer.

Best,

Simone

I found Gelsemium 200ck instead of 200c...is that ok?

shannocita 9 years ago
Hi-

200 and 200c and 200ck are all
the same thing.

But wait on this for right now,
not needed.

Hi Simone- off and on yesterday I did pretty good. My mom came over and we took my son to get ice cream and then walked around br mall. I had moments where this horrible feeling of despair would come, but it would leave. We got news that my father in law was in intensive care and I noticed I handled that news about 85% like my "normal self" . I slept good last night and woke up with that churning stomach/nervous stomach feeling. I put in my progesterone cream ( I can't just stop it, so I am taking it down 40mg every 3 days) I am now at 80 mg. I was able to make breakfast and take my kids to school.
Physical symptoms. Medium head pressure, can't say it's pain. Stomach a little off- upper bloating and mild discomfort.
Mentally: feel in a hurry, hard to relax. Randomly will be fearful. I have a kinda constant feeling that something bad is going to happen or has happened...hard to explain.
Thank you

Hi,

"Mentally: feel in a hurry, hard to relax. Randomly will be fearful. I have a kinda constant feeling that something bad is going to happen or has happened...hard to explain"

Is the above state one that was going on before everyday,
along with the bad thoughts?

In your form answers you said:

"Prior to this I was slightly moody, but lighthearted and agreeable. I was a pleaser. I always had a fear that myself for family member would get a disease or die. It did not run my life, but it was there."

( This is anticipatory anxiety, and was there in a more
subdued state, before you got sick on your trip)

simone717 9 years ago
Hi...the "feel in a hurry" seems almost from the progesterone cream.. I don't remember this a few weeks ago. The cloud of despair that something bad has happened that I cannot quite identify has been with me for a while (med time only though)

shannocita 9 years ago
Is the stomach bloating and
discomfort new, or has this
been going on?

simone717 9 years ago
This comes and goes since this all began last May. I have cleaned up my diet 100%.

Hi-

Ok you can try another dose.

But this time, when you put the drops into the 100 ml of
water, take a couple tsp out of that water, and put it
into another 100ml of water, and then take the two tsp
out of that extra batch. I want to see if it is more
diluted that it will still have effect but be more
gentle.

Things are going to be much easier once you are off
progesterone and the remeron.

Report your status tomorrow.

Best,

Simone

Ok will do and yes, I agree about the meds. So just making sure...you can help me balance my hormones? I know they are off so I just want to make sure. Thank you so much

shannocita 9 years ago
The levels you listed in your test, were very hard
to tell if they were off at all-

Were you or are you on Birth control pills?

The homeopathy works holistically and puts
all of you into balance, including hormones.

Tons of women come on here, with no period,
Pms, ovarian cysts, hot flashes, etc etc
and get cured from homeopathy.

simone717 9 years ago
I never took the birth control pill. I never took one med in my life...no aspirin...nothing! I used apple cider vinegar and holistic treatments for everything. I can't quite figure out why the heck I let this happen to me!

So ok..good to know about the hormones. If they need to balance, they will through homeopathy.

shannocita 9 years ago
Yes, I have seen many, many hormone cases
on here get resolved over the years.

Of course the BC pills tweak the hormones and
people feel off- one woman came on here after
asking her gyn about feeling sad, on the
bc prescription and they said, Sorry about that,
why don't you take an SSRI?

Homeopathy could have cured your diarrhea,
and stomach issues, probably very fast-you
just did not know about it.

simone717 9 years ago
Yes I am sure it would have. My son is sensitive like me, so maybe all this hell is to save him from going through all this. I will gladly walk through it for him.

Hi Simone- I did the extra diluted dose yesterday and the day ended up good. I didn't have many of those panicky/overwhelming waves come over me.
I slept really poorly. Consistent dreams of not being ok. It almost felt like everything I have been through was being downloaded---not typical.
This morning has been ok. Have had one wave of the panicky yuck. I have a bad headache and earache. I put on my am dose of orogestrrone cream and it revs my system up kinda bad. I feel anxious and like I could not sit and read a book leisurely or anything like that. I feel tired a d flu like. Thanks,
Shannon

Hi,

On the headache and earache, would you say, this is
the same earache that you have almost every day, but
this is amplified?

Same for headache?
Is there a storm where you are or in the weather forecast?

( On the progesterone cream- yes this is difficult, bc
it is like the Dr. prescribed 3 cups of coffee to someone
who is nervous) and you can't take a remedy to
counter the effects of doing this)

simone717 9 years ago
Yes we had a drastic weather change---80 yesterday to fairly chilly today. Same headache/earache as usual just worse today.

Nice in the prog cream. I am going to entirely skip my am dose tomorrow and do it at night only while tapering off. It does not rev me up at night...odd

Hi- Don't take anything today.

I would like you to go buy the remedy Phosphorus 30c ( at
whole foods and have it on hand) if they have it in 12c
get that and the 30c.

Report tomorrow on what is going on.

Best,

Simone

simone717 9 years ago
Ok I will get it today and report back tomorrow. I won't take anything today. Just cuz I am curious- what are your hopes for the phosphorus? :)

shannocita 9 years ago
The gelsemium and the phos are very close in matching,
your totality, so I just want you to have it on
hand if needed.

The progesterone etc has to be eliminated to get
a true picture of what is going on, and the
Gelsemium is helping right now, but nothing
can really be evaluated correctly till you are off
these things.

simone717 9 years ago
Ok thank you! I will cut prog cream to 40 tomorrow and i am thinking 0 after that. Then 3 weeks from Friday on the stupid remeron.
