1.no bone problem at all anywhere. even in cervical spondylosis i never suffered, they caught it in the MRI.

4. I talked about white spots of MRI of brain, radiologists conclude from white spots MAY BE i) multiple sclerosis ii) small vessel ischemia of brain; but when neurologists examined me they said NO multiple sclerosis, ischemia they said I do not know;
I have done MRI of brain in 2005 and then 2010; I feel the white spots are little bigger; but neurologists repeated said this can not be multiple schlerosis.
I could not tell you the relationship with my wife. I only could tell you what happened to me at work.

family history of high bp, heart disease, diabetis.

broadly we have two different classes of patients : those that did not have any treatment before and those that had.
the first category is simple but rare. only very young children and some poor people come in this category. their symptoms are clear and treating them is easy.
the vast majority belongs to the second category. their symptoms are mixed. there is suppression . fortunately the number of cases with permanent damage are still not very high. generally the patients are asked to stop all medicines and report after some days. their symptoms then become clear and selection of medicine becomes possible.
there are cases where symptoms do not become clear even after waiting a reasonable period. in such cases nux vomica and sulphur are used to counter suppression. nux vomica is a great antidote of allopathic medicines and sulphur has the power to bring hidden things out.
when two or more diseases are present of different nature the one with the dominant symptoms has to be treated first. there is still another class where the medicine combines with the cells and present greater difficulties. for example in the past mercury was used by allopaths in treatment of syphillis. in most cases mercury suppressed syphillis and was not excreted. it combined with the body cells giving rise to mercurial symptoms. in these cases mercury had to be thrown out first.
in your case something similar has happened. your body has become dependent on it. here dependence has be removed. this field is quite new and no published work or guidelines available.
the options available are 1. to use nux vomica and the drug in tapering dose.
2. to use some other medicine with similar properties but easier to discontinue ( as done in your case)
3. to use the constitutional medicine along with the drug in tapering mode.
4. to use the same drug in homeopathic dilution.
the 4th is based on the finding that a higher potency can antidote lower potencies. in this case you have to prepare the medicine yourself. this method of antidoting is however used very sparingly .
right now I do not have Skype on my phone. I am changing phone in about a fortnight or so. then I will have it installed. I would like to talk to you on phone but international calls are costly and you have financial difficulties.

CALCAREA CARBONICA by Vithoulkas George there is a small article. I am assuming, I might be wrong...you looked at the "thoughts ..." portion and was interested. you asked about bones..I was looking at Cal Carbonica, it talks about teeth problem, I have teeth problem..cavities and stuffs..but CALCAREA CARBONICA did not look to be good match. I have no knowledge of homeopathy just looked at M Medica.

could not sleep, having hypnagogic image hallucinations. life is miserable.
consider my thoughts as a patient is blabbering, I do not know homeopathy..just like to occupy my mind in remedy selection research.

I wrote you an email about 4 before. That homeopath told me to try 3 times a day clonazepam 6c, if necessary use Nux 30c; if clonazepam 6c does not work increase clonazepam potency. Instruction was not clear; Mixing different remedies..is that a good idea?

Do we look at chances of success first? Can you prioritize the methods to follow please.

i understand your condition.
in response to your questions i would say that 1(a). any low potemcy like 3,6,or 30. are used. you can use higher potency also but lower ones are safer. frequency can be 3 or 4 times daily. 2b. there may be but as i have never dealt with drug withdrawl before i have not searched for them. i have dealt with alcoholism and seen that nux does good work here. i have no first hand knowledge about cures by nux of tranquiliser effects.
2. i can think of only one other remedy similar to cannabis in your situation : opium. it is however stronger than cannabis and has withdrawl symptoms like benzo if used in crude form. morphine which is a opium derivative and which is available in homeopathic dilutions can be another alternative.
3. finding the constitutional remedy is always a tough job even without complications. whether it will act or not is uncertain.

if you are using homeopathic clonazepam there is no need to use nux or the allopathic preparation.

yes , nux may act. the chances are quite good. in practice many doctors use nux vom routinely when people come for treatment after allopathic treatment.

yes i remember homeopaths give one or two dosage of nux v before starting treatment. but this is case of prolonged neurological poisoning.
as u know cann-i was working, and you were thinking of few other toxic remedies opium or morphium. My question is does Nux v also work the same way as all these toxic remedies like cann-i or the way it works is different?

different individuals react differently to homeopathic potencies. those people that take more time to react can be given more than one dose of high potencies. however it may not be a good idea to follow routinely.
if calcarea fluor acts for long time you can try calcarea carb atleast once. I feel it is your constitutional medicine and thus should act.
if you take cannabis indica 204 one dose should be enough.

calcarea flur 200 X is a tissue salt (biochemic remedy) I use it when I am in trouble.
1.)I was told to use tissue salt in case of emergency. (i know tissue salt can be used as tonic if taken for longer period of time)
2.) I was told homeopathy remedies are for cure (Not tissue salt)
Please teach me what I wrote in 1.) and 2.) is correct or not.
Is it possible calcarea flur tissue salt is of higher potency that is why it works for a longer time. Actually I am trying to figure out how a tissue salt can be a constitutional remedy.

as you are benefitting from calcarea flour you can continue to use it in emergencies.
homeopathy cures that is for sure. about cell salts I do not know. homeopathy also uses these cell salts so I guess they can also cure.

you can use nux 30 or lower.
after clonazepam 6c you can make 12c, 24c and 30c. 12 & 24 were used in former days , these are not commercially available now.

Hello Telescope Sir,
I was not feeling well, I took another dosage of tissue salt calcarea flurica 200X;
1. I like to take calcarea flurica 200X in case of emergency, regular use is not a good idea. The homeopath who gave this calcarea flurica 200X told me not to use this regularly.
2. It will take 3 weeks to get calcerea carbonica 200c, 1M.
3. Also I need 190 proof 95% alcohol to make cann-i 204c, 208c etc;
4. At this moment I do not have any remedy to control my symptoms. Should I try to get homeopathy version of calcerea flurica?
Please advice me what should I do to control my symptoms now.

Telescope Sir,
cann-i 204c is working so far. 19 days gone for this taper. I need another 10 days to stabilize this taper. two times in three days my feet because became numb for a short period of time. I got scared but I understand I am tapering there can be discomforts. I believe Anxiety is associated with unpredictable symptoms.

This posting is to say how our good friend telescope Sir helped me to stay alive.
I am trying to reduce / taper anti anxiety medicine that almost crippled me.
I came here in this forum for homeopathy support to control the withdrawal symptoms.
Evocutioner/ Dr David Kempson prescribed be cann-i, I started tapering my anti anxiety medicine while I was taking cann-i. But cann-i 30c and later 200c did not work after few times.
I learnt from many sources potency should be changed to keep the remedy action going.
telescope Sir suggested me to prepare 204c and 208c cann-i.
I also investigated what solvent(because cann-i is not water soluble) should be used for each dilution how many times it has to successed etc. I was guided by telescope Sir and now I see 204c works.
This was very important for me for reducing my anti anxiety allopathy medicine.
I have also seen my remedy action went away previously. When I thought and revisited what I have done to make remedy action disappear . I found I ate sour food, like mango pickle or garlic. For this also I am grateful to telescope Sir. I went through all the posts of telescope Sir where he says not to take sour food products.
Let me write down for others how I increased potency.

I prepare for trouble that might be ahead of me.
I am thinking at this moment..
the moment the effect of cann-i fades away I am in serious serious trouble..I am hoping when I totally taper and make anti anxiety clonazepam to zero ...my withdrawal symptoms will fade away.
But what if I still suffer ? What if I get dependent on HOMEOPATHY cann-i. What if cann-i does not work anymore for some other reason.The change happened by continuous allopathic anti anxiety medicine is in the genetic level. This anti anxiety medicines (poisons) down regulates one of GABA receptor of one GABA subunit and that is in the genetic level.
How do we deal with this?
I know telescope Sir thought about it, and he asked me to get Cal Carbonica 200c, 1M.
I hope I get well soon.
I am so fortunate there good doctors in this forum who helps to cure difficult cases like my case.

This anti anxiety medicines (poisons) down regulates one of GABA receptor of one GABA subunit and that is in the genetic level.
How do we deal with this?
I know telescope Sir thought about it, and he asked me to get Cal Carbonica 200c, 1M.
