The ABC Homeopathy Forum

I don't know where to start Page 5 of 5

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
She is doing so much better. But after having an MRI on friday, the doctor told her she has a fistula and wants to perform some kind of surgery with a band. I can't believe this..it's getting better...She took the last dose on Thursdsy, can she take another yet. The upper portion of one half of her lip swelled last nite and remained till this morning. She kept applyling lip balm..i think she might have irritated it..do you think it could have been the Nat M

If she took the Nat-Mur. on Thursday, then she can use it again. Shake the container 10 times before using.

My own recommendation would be to avoid any kind of surgery, especially if the case is improving so quickly.

Do you understand what I wrote about continuing with Nat-M treatment?

I do understand....it will take time and the fat that there is an improvement in such a short time is a blessing and shows that the Nat Mur is doing something positive. Can she take again..and also did you say the LM would be better to use..should I order that or does it make a difference
Thanks What about the swelling..could the Nat Mur have done that?

Actually, the improvement she's got is a good indication of what her continual improvement will be like if she stays with the Nat-M. The remedy is continuing to move her back into balance.

Yes, the Nat-M may have caused the swelling on the lip. She's used it a bit too frequently. Let's wait some time before she uses it again.

I would recommend the LM1 only because it will make the overall improvement much faster.

Really? I t occurred on only one half of the upper lip...it happened on Sunday and she took it on Thursday. What in it causes swelling? That's not good, why would that happen?

Karen 816 last decade
Even though it happened a few days after taking it, I think that it means that she's used too soon. If the side effect is small, then we just wait until we are sure that she's ready to repeat it.

Everything is still fine. As long as it's a small effect, it lets us know the correct timing for repetition.

Homeopathic medicines if used too much or too frequently can cause some side effects.

Are you familiar with the standard homeopathic rules against skin treatments? Avoid medicated acne pads, cremes, foot powders, or any kind of skin treatment.

I just thought to tell this to another patient, and will tell you also. Homeopathy considers anything that suppresses sweat to be very harmful. Deodorants or sweat suppression medicines must be avoided. They would do damage to a patient with these kinds of problems.

Yes I understand what you are saying about skin treatments. The swelling on the lip has gone away. My daughter seems to think her hair might be thinning and wanted to know if you could recommend something...would the nat mur cause this..can she take another dose...the last dose was taken last thursday

Karen 816 last decade
Does she think that the thinning hair started just after she began the Nat-M?

What I'd really like to hear is how she has felt from the last dose of Nat-M to the present. In as much detail as possible.

The Nat-M is in her system. Is there a reason to use another dose?

Homeopathy International 1 last decade
Can she take another dose today..she wants to.

Karen 816 last decade
It's been about a week. She can use one more dose. She should shake the container 10 times before she uses it.

If there are any other side-effects/proving symptoms then we will need to wait longer than a week between each dose.

Please give more information about how she is doing after these latest doses.

She will take another dose shortly and wants to make a fresh bottle..I will keep you updated and thanks

Karen 816 last decade
If she is going to make a fresh container, she should let the single pellet of Nat-M dissolve, and then give the container 40 shakes before she uses it.

Please acknowledge that you understand this and are doing so.

Homeopathy International 1 last decade
She did..but why 40 shakes now??? Is this not good that she is taking this dose once a week on average?

Karen 816 last decade
If she is using a 10oz container, such as any bottled water, then there should be many tablespoons in it. If she is only using one or two tablespoons as a dose, then a container should last much longer.

Homeopathy International 1 last decade
She has been taking 4 tablespoons...

Karen 816 last decade
That may be too much. Let's move back to two tablespoons with each dose and see how long that lasts.

Did you make a decision about the LM1 of Nat-M? It is much easier to use the LMs on a regular basis like this, and I think it would do this patient much good.

Homeopathy International 1 last decade
I think all of the other patients I am treating on the Homeopathy forum are already on LMs.

I don't understand...You never mentioned that 4 tablespoons would be too much. She took 4 today..I take complete responsiblilty but this might not be the best way of communication in homeopathic to get her well. It would probably be best if I could speak to someone live and not wait for responses on line. I truly appreciate all of your time and efforts but this seems very risky now .Thank you for your help.

Karen 816 last decade
That's fine. You already know that Nat-M is the correct remedy for her. It's difficult to establish a schedule for repetition without actually speaking with the patient.

Homeopathy International 1 last decade
Yes it is difficult...I am glad you understand the situation and my frustration. You are a blessing..and thank you again

Karen 816 last decade
Glad to help, and I do hope that she continues to use the Nat-Mur. in different degrees for the next few years, and that it resolves all her problems.
