This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I would just like to say thank you for your quick responses. My questions to you are out of desperation to get her well. We have been to so many medical doctors and then there just always seems to be another issue.There is so much frustration and disappointment. I feel such a peace with this route, that this is the way to go. I just don't know much about it but am trying to learn. I want you know I appreciate your time, patience and intelligence.

She just came home..she is anxious to take the second dose of 4 tablesppons...can she take it now less than 24 hours after the 1st dose..she is also asking if you think it will help with the anal pain

Yeah, it's fine. How she feels after the next dose will be important.
If there is a good response to the remedy, such as a general feeling of improvement in mood, then the remedy will often do much good over the long term, and we can begin looking into a regular routine for it.

Yes. She can use the second dose immediately. Please describe how she feels afterward.
If this remedy is correct, it could alleviate all of the problems. Homeopathy treats the whole body and so one homeopathic remedy can often treat all complaints, if it is correct.

You say 'she feels fine'.
That's very different than everything you've written so far.
How she feels emotionally after using the remedy, is a good indication of whether it will resolve her physical condition.

yes i realized that when i was writing it. I just went in and asked her. I meant that there was no negative difference after taking the dose. She is going outside again(which is good) but is in a lot off pain in the rectal area. She goes back to school tomorrow and is in fear that she wont be able to sit or stand. There is no difference yet, I just meant that it wasn't effecting her negatively. I apologize for any misunderstanding.

Yes this is a very good sign. She is still in much discomfort and pain though. She went to go have her hair done for school tomorrow so this is a positive sign as well. I will see her in a little while. We were supposed to go food shopping, she didnt know if she can do the walking aound the store. When she calls to let me know if she will go or not I will let you know. When you say if she craves more you mean of the Nat Mur?

I just have to tell you her emotional reaction was AMAZING. She spoke so powerfully over her ailments, how she was going to conquer them. She said her sleep was very restful. Can she take another dose tonight.She would like to. Unfortunately her pain is worse though. Today she is very depressed over it.She needs physical help for the rectal area as it is irritaed, and swolen.I dont know where this comes from. She is in pain walking from class to class.

Very good! I am happy for her. In addition to getting some relief, we've found that Nat-M will probably move her towards cure in the long term.
For the immediate situation.
Give the container 10 hard shakes, and give her another 4 tablespoons.
For the long term.
There are two options moving forward. One is to give a high dose in the C format. A dose would last a few weeks or months, and there would be little she could do except let the improvement last. She would not be able to repeat it if she wanted more.
The other option would be to use the LM format, that would need to be shipped to you. It is more complex to make, but can be used on a regular basis. You establish a routine of using it once per 5 days, 10 days, once per month, etc. based on how she feels.
The advantage to the LMs is that they can cure a patient in 1/2 to 1/4th the time of the C format. They are a bit more complex to use, but in my opinion worth the extra effort. Based on the nature of this case, and the severity of the symptoms, my recommendation would be to use the LM.

Yes. Nat-Mur. is the correct medicine. The response from the test dose seems to be good.

If you think the LM version is correct, than that is the one i will go with. How much greater is the dose than the 4 tablespoons she has taken.Is it much greater in strength? Also..can there be any negative effects from a greater dose? I was reading about Nat Mur. It said it was a combination of salts,how does this have such an effect? It is very interesting.

The LM of Nat-M. will be to establish a routine for the medicine that will work to cure these symptoms completely. This medicine may be good for months or longer. There can be negative effects if one uses too much. That's why we're being careful to increase the dose very slowly.

She seems to ok. She is working on her schedule for school. She took the 4 tablespoons from the same bottle as last night. Should she take it again tomorrow night.

Once you get this we can establish a routine of regular use for this remedy. With use, this should cure her symptoms more and more over time.
