Hello Mathew I am replying you on my Silica post because it suits to the theme of that thread.

The bottle brush tree is all over Pune - it's flowers are like red 'bottle brushes', about 4-5" long.

Get any rock powder and put it into water and shake it up. Wait for 10 minutes and pick up only top third portion. Silica 3X will not work or may work after long time and mean while you will just give up or think the problem just gone by itself.

Must try homemade Silica to see faster results.

Minsa is right about bottle brush tree. It has hanging red flowers, they just look like bottle brush.

You did perfect, take two drops two times a day and any result may be in two weeks.

I would like to share my experience with two sisters, my wife and her sister, who were suffering from chronic arthritis and had tried all the analgesics and were on a regular regime of Diclofenac twice daily. This drug was beginning to react negatively in their systems and Dr Luc who was here in Sri Lanka took their cases and prescribed Medhorrihum 6c to be used in the split dose method which he recommends. This helped them for a few weeks but both came down with severe Sciatic pain radiating from the back down their legs. It is interesting that both sisters my wife at 58 and the other 60 should have almost identical symptoms and reactions at the same time. The elder sister also started to have pain in her wrist which was diagnosed as the pain from the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

I gave them Hypericum 200c in the single dose method where just 2 balls are put into 250ml water and the bottle succussed twice every time a teaspoon full is sipped, 3 - 4 times daily. The incredible reaction to this therapy is that my wife is completely free of her Arthritis and also the Sciatica pain while her sister's Sciatica feels much better but her knees are still not free of pain although she feels much better than when on her drugs which she discontinued about a month ago. The Carpal T S also subsided in a few days. Dr Luc prescribed Sepia 6c to be used in the split dose method for the Arthritis pain and I have put my wife on this therapy and shall shortly do so for her sister who is still on the Hyper 200 as she feels safer with this remedy and is reluctant to try another fearing that the intense pain she suffered from both the Sciatica and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome may return.

I am recording this response on this forum and would like to suggest that Mathew uses Hypericum 200 in the single dose succussed method described above as I feel that it may be more effective than taking the balls under the tongue as I have always recommended before I met Dr Luc.

I believe that the pain described is not arthritic but seems to be more the pain due to the Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.

What is carpal tunnel syndrome?

Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when the median nerve, which runs from the forearm into the hand, becomes pressed or squeezed at the wrist. The median nerve controls sensations to the palm side of the thumb and fingers (although not the little finger), as well as impulses to some small muscles in the hand that allow the fingers and thumb to move. The carpal tunnel - a narrow, rigid passageway of ligament and bones at the base of the hand ? houses the median nerve and tendons. Sometimes, thickening from irritated tendons or other swelling narrows the tunnel and causes the median nerve to be compressed. The result may be pain, weakness, or numbness in the hand and wrist, radiating up the arm. Although painful sensations may indicate other conditions, carpal tunnel syndrome is the most common and widely known of the entrapment neuropathies in which the body's peripheral nerves are compressed or traumatized.

You can take Silica in paralled with any other medicine. Nux Vomica 6X is my favourite medicine for piles.

Seems like Silica and Thuja are the answer to your problems. You can also take Nux Vomica. Nux is not a biochemic and if you are unable to obtain 6X, then try 6C. Let me know if you are unable to obtain even 6C. If any medicine is giving you relief, don't give up on it.

Also as passkey suggests, and actually it is insightful, that warts may be the indication of some thing else. So let us know if your family has any Cancer or TB case. Also if your skin is sensitive to sunlight.

Home made Silica can go along with any other medicien. I don't see any problem with all three medicines together, just don't make a cocktail.

Nux Vomica is number one for all problems you have mentioned.
