Pain at tail bone , erectil disfunction , less masculine and physical power , and thiegh and wrist circumference are reducing. Size of eyes are getting small

Sir my age is 28 and I have many problems , I have a history of 10-12 years long masturbations and due to which constipation also I remember 4-5 years ago first time I noticed that a liquid is coming from my penice while exerting pressure at the time of latrin , but at that time I didn't felt any -ve sign and I was at students stage so didn't care about it.now I am facing a lot of problem like..... I have stopped masturbations daily which I used to do till 1 years ago.

1- a constant pain at tail bone , which increase when ever I face constipation(due to disturb time table) or I masturbat after 10 - 15 days...

2-erectile distinction at the time of sex and when I go for running or play any game on ground I feel pain in my testis . Mostly I feel exhaust.

3- my thies and wrist have became very weak thies circumference have reduced as it was in my childhood. And my masculine power has also gone.

4- my almost all hairs turned to white...

5- my penis's length and girth have reduced to its half almost I feel shame a lot so I don't respond to girls who approach me ...

6- my semien have turned to water like liquid...

7-size of my eyes have become almost half in my child hood or even in 6-7 years ago my looks big now it looks like very small.and eyesight also adversely affected.

I request you to please help me out of this condition...I am shy by nature so I didn't tried to face a doctor in my city.
