If you don't mind i like to wait for 2-3 days as per my knowledge, if healing crisis starts the body usually expresses it on skin or as joints pain and may be discharges (if expresses on skin psoriasis already begin, joint pains gradually increasing and some pus filled acne and abscess also emitting pus). So i don't really know what is happening either healing process is started or diseases is more powerful and needed another upgraded dose/remedy to make vital force more powerful, why not wait for atleast 2-3 days to complete two weeks as usually 200c take maximum 7-10days to act on my system (i am sure because due to sensitive behavior and i can judge more than normal persons as i watched care fully it usually take maximum 10days to act completely). But right now it seems harder to wait as throbbing pain in joints has returned which was completely recovered. Now if i hang my joint in air there seems something painful gathering in it and started bruising throbbing sharp pain.


I am experiencing weird thing since sometime ago like i cannot read what i write and miss words during writing and cannot remember people names even though i try to remember my mind becomes blank regarding that person's name, everybody is upset of me due to not remembering their names


Reply also about nux been worry about antidoting ars and sulphur effects if taken.

Sameer, seriously cannot wait because right now pains immediately went on its peak, i don't want a gouty or psoriatic arthritic attack as i beared two in past, it seems my joints are now swelling day by day with much pain, NOw even slight touch to joints feels it will make it pain worse.THINKING ABOUT PAINS MAKES PAINS WORSE.today feeling a lot dizzy/sleepy that even cannot control it.

Should i got with nux 6c or something else. Nux also is complementary to sulphur, so 6c is ok? Should i start nsaid or any other homeopathic remedy to make uric acid crystals not to deposit more.

Dear Sameer,
Once when i got 90% relief in pains and psoriasis with sulphur 30, you said now we have to stick with sulphur a long but to pharmaceutical/manufacturer problem regarding potency we got back again to C scale. If your think that we should go with sulphur LM4 (as LM3 was taken already), i can order from helios for Pakistan, it costs 10 times more but is cheap as compared to my pains and heatlh. Please reply for sulphur LM4 and LM5 or others for future as it takes a lot of times to arrive.
Regarding Nux 6, after nux 6 i got my pains suddenly severe along with some inflammation and bruising pain. Nails sharp cutting pain also increased along with pain around skin of nails.
I must also tell you since after sulphur 30 i was better as 80-90% and during usage of others sulphur potencies condition goes bad but still i am 70% better alll over. It is going bad day by day in 0.1%. Though my uric acid levels are much higher but i am better than allopathic drugs. Now after nux it seems everything started coming back with more speed i.e 4.5% which with sulphur coming back at very low speed i.e 0.1.
I took olfaction dose.

I want to inform you about something important that is three days ago while sleeping my right side face right side head brain become numb (there was severe tingling) that i woke up and this remains for 5-6 hours after waking up before taking nux and today right now my right side of whole head brain got numb (tingling) during sleeping that i woke up and this remains a half hour after waking up.
I fear of stroke or paralysis due to it. I also think it happens may be due to nerves pinching from my lower back whole pelvis region which pains like hell now i cannot sit properly or lay. Pelvis region pain is expanded to whole back and front and in thigh also. This may be due to ankloysing spondilytis which is due to psoriatic arthritis. All other pains increased in joints of wrists, toes, feet, fingers ,elbows, shoulders and some in knees along with severest pain in whole pelvis specially back which makes thighs and legs stiff during sitting.
My memory is extremely bad now i even now cannot remember my first cousin names. I cannot express myself in words (talking) correctly. I cannot find words to express myself. There is also constipation. Mentally fully disturbed after NUX 6c as before nux i was extremely fresh in morning now i am extremely frightened at morning and feels lonely at morning search for people to be with me in early morning as something will happpen if i am alone. I fear a lot of infection, don't eat from other people plates since childhood. I am like this since childhood don't share my things with other people, thinks myself a special chosen one that nobody else is. Thinks i am great person greater than all people in world. Thinks that i can understand better than anyone else. I don;'t visit my relatives who are ill because of infection and if by chance we meet i got fear that i got infection and will infected in coming days and this continous for weeks even if i don't met him again in weeks.

i took lachesis yesterday but today before taking it i have weird symptoms that got severe now like very severe pain in eyes, head and irritation and stiffness in and around neck, back of neck and head. I must tell you my right side eye, the skin around right eye got itching and very little red bliters and rash. The pain is from right eye, right side of head , forehead then ear then right upper jaw, some water discharge from right eye , right now i am in that much pain that i am going to take painkiller. The pain is now in both eye with air and reading sensitivity. It feel like severe tonsillitis and cold attack on my face neck and head region only. The itching around eyes is increasing along with red blisters and redness. Head numbess tingling increased a lot. There is lot of perspiration/sweat on face and head, Should i take a painkiller and antibiotic for blocked nose throat and eye pain or anything else. My uncle(who is also doctor) is insisting me to take MECOBALAMIN (one of the coenzyme forms of vitamin B(12)) for numbness can i take that form of vitamin. I am going for nervous breakdown due to tension, panicking and depression and anxiety, what i have that i cannot judge properly and right sided pain eye,ear,forehead,jaws andhead numbness is driving me crazy and thinking of something bigger like stroke or paralysis and most certainly death etc etc etc (though it may be an ear, eye or throat or cold infection but most probably CHRONIC SINUSTIS as i have blocked nose and throat since ages or Temporal arteries).

As your recommendation one week completed but didn't get any relief in whole condition rather my mental state is still same and physical state also still same with new symptoms like pain in both eyes, little fever 99 , pain starts from right eyes towards right side of head (temporal artery) then ear (ear feels like dull pain) then right jaws then right front neck becomes stiff and back neck also becomes more severely stiff and painful than front neck that even little movement makes it hurt then towards shoulder, this pain remains for hours. This happens to left side also but less severe. My right eye also expels little water(tears) when pain starts. Head numbess is there but face also felts numb. I am really in awful condition due to this specially head,eyes,ears and importantly neck stiffness and pain and shoulders also. I feel little nausea at morning. Eyes feels burning little sore. Whole day dizziness/sleepiness. The pain is relieved with hard massage not some usual massage someone have to massage me so hardly that is usually really painful for normal human. Nothing else relieves. Joints pain is still there with some increment. There is sometimes sharp pain suddenly hit in my right eye.Psoriasis is still increasing more on testicles nothing else where. Does my upper body symptoms sound like sinusitis, tonsillitis or i am certain about neurological pain or nerve weakness or some pinched nerved etc.
Oh one thing important that is there is also some itching near below my right eye with some little very little bumps(acne type without pus)(cannot be observe with normal viewing). Sometimes also itching into eyes but no markable redness in any eye just very minor sometimes or may be its my imagination.

Sameer every remedy which i starts, in first five days it seems it started proving itself. Does this sound normal?


Mentally you must note that i am very frightened about my death now, i think and am some sure that i am gonna die with this head issue immediately and suddenly. I fear of it something big dangerous like meningitis, encephalitis, tumor, can-cer, specially paralysis and stroke. Please let me know usually when i dispense homeo remedies and when i open cap of remedy bottle the usual smell/odor of remedy(alchol) spreads in room.This smell must and every time hits my nostrils. Should i avoid it. As its completely impossible without a mask. And mostly sometimes while opening remedy bottle some two or three drops of remedy touch my fingers, i wash them within 2 minutes. Does that remedy odor and remedy touch effects my treatment if yes then every homeopath must suffer from this condition??. As i am sensitive(Wahmi) that's why i am mostly and surely in doubt that i smelled the remedies, touched them and my original taken remedy won't now work etc etc. Please do something about my head,eyes,ear,neck and shoulder pain firstly.

I was sure and had idea the best thing to do is to wait more even a week but i also think 1 week may also not be enough for lachesis 1m. If you ask me what type i am that is 100% sulphur i am sure of myself sulphur (but could be wrong you can judge better) then after sulphur if you ask me what remedy matches me most it should be lachesis 90% me. As lachesis type do anything to win even cheating, deceiving etc i will do anything to win even cheat or deceive somebody or rather say to get a thing i desire i would try any approach to get it. But i wouldn't harm anyone physically though i beat my children when i am angry but no one only just those who are under me. I am somewhat jealousy type, also suspicious, jumps from one subject to another while talking etc etc.
You haven't replied of me worrying about remedies odor when opening its cap, i don't inhale them but their odor is so strong that it spreads in whole room and mostly or every time its touches my finger, wouldn't it effects my constitutional treatment??

I know i should wait but my mind isn't listening and making me reply.
Severe arthritic inflamed joint pain with great stiffness is increasing almost going back to same spot it was before AND severest neck stiffness with right eye great pain from right forehead, right side head, right side ear, right jaw and right throat.Both side of neck and shoulder and back chest is extremely stiff and painful and greatest severe fatigue with dizziness/sleepiness though today i slept for 13hours and head numbness is still bothering. Feeling temperature type feeling with broken stiff muscles etc.
Suddenly mental state got worse that fully dishearted, hopeless, feeling lose due to illness , don't want to talk anyone just want to lay down and wait for death, i am sure i am gonna die in couple of day, my condition will not improve and i will be going down day by day and one day i will die like other like my father, my son and my aunt. I am extremely depressed and tense because my physical condition isn't improving rather going worse with new diseases my gouty and psoriatic arthritis is coming back with more speed and i am a step from taking again allopathic drugs coz of pains. Feeling nobody understand me well everybody even my mother and my fellow doctors thinks i am mad person and need psychiatrist because i am wahmi(sensitive) and feels more pain than usual persons. Feet toes started paining like hurting,knocking and stiffnes. Its is almost attempting to attack, a gouty attack or may be psoriatic arthritic attack. If this is aggravation gouty psoriatic attack wouldn't happen or it would. Should we stop this attack as previous attacks put me on bed for one month and half along with allopathic drugs.
there is also diahorrea since five days and digestive system is fully disturbed not digesting the food even in morning i ate at night there is nausea all day.
There is strange swelling appeared on my left foot sole right now today which feels extremely wierd during walking. Mental state is a bit stable but joint pains are worse.

Hi Sameer, now whole left side i.e left side of face half left lips left eye left arm left chest left leg and ALSO LEFT SIDE OF TONGUE mean half tongue become numb i am very afraid of paralysis or stroke and it also seem may be muscles of neck are pressing nerves in neck and that may be causing this as i sit too much on computer or say lay in front of laptop for straight 15 hours daily since years may be muscles are strain and become stiff and causing numbness sometimes on right side sometimes on left side. Mental state is somehow stable. Pain in joints are going gradually worse day by day. Anything to procure for stiffness of neck which may cause ear pain,eye pain, back of head pain, upper head pain, shoulder pain etc. Or something else big dangerous i.e tumor, can-cer etc. Diahorrea still there. Urination has decreased i mean quantity is ok but in nomral life i urinate 8 times a day now three or four times on with burning and pain and dark color.
I will try to wait but aggravating things like numbness and neck,ear,eye,head pain bothers a lot, it seems some injury to muscle or nerve that is acute and should be rule earlier. And the numbness on left sides of lips and left tongue mouth follows burning when numbness ends and mouth taste feels like metallic or bitter (it sounds like Burning mouth syndrome). What kind of and how many diseases i am going to have. Food isn't digesting properly may be this can cause this.

I have deeply observed after this remedy, like if my joint pains started i.e from A joint B joint C Joint E joint F joint and got relief from sulphur gradually now again started aggravating/increasing in reverse/oppsite manner i.e aggravating firstly in F,E then next day C,B, then next day A but new joints also started pain. Can we say we are according to direction of cure i.e Reverse direction may be that's why my condition is worse neurologically and my whole head organ effected as this numbness and pains in head,neck region increased after dose of lachesis there was only numbness in head sometimes only during sleep not so often but now i my head and face and mouth went numb during wake time, may be i have nerve problems and its moving from important organ from nerves to skin i.e numbness now ending with burning feeling and lot lot of abscesses big abscesses appearing and not healing. Its been more than 10days i am bearing this new highly aggravated neck head eyes ear pain and numbness. In past i have pain on left side of neck which got cured by bryonia 30 three doses but it was not on same spot and was not on right side as it is now. There is also whistling sounds in ear when there is pain. Joint pains may also increased becoz i stopped gouty diet.
Again mental state is stable but joint pains a like hell now. Feeling refreshed and been social to everyone.
Should i wait more as today 10 more than 10 days passed with 7 days of constant/permanent aggravation.

Today one more week completed as you advice. What now.

Joints pains increased very much that even yesterday two gouty or psoriactic arthritic attack happened now feet toes and joints are inflammed + heat + painful even while resting pain bothers that didn't happened in past it just only happened when first gouty attack or psoriactic arthritic attack occured and there's got lot pain on toes, ankles, wrists, elbows and servere pain on pelvic region lower back,hips and sides of hips and thighs stiff and painful which now again started along burning. Dull pain on back of ears where skull bone ends,head pain,eyes pain, Back on head pain along with too much numbness from head,face,tongue,lips,throat,chest,arms,hands,legs and foot.
Pain on joints are almost out of control but still bearing without drugs. There is pain and burning during urination and it seems cannot pass urine easily may be suffering from prostatitis may that's why pain on whole front and back of pelvic region,hips and thighs but its only a guess. Got great fear of gouty attack or may be psoriactic arthritic attack will occur in any second now again.

Digestive system is disturbed badly it wasn't disturbed before in my whole life i.e now food isn't digesting properly. And also urinary tract system is disturbed urination decreased and great burning and pain during and some minutes after urination.

THERE IS CRACKING SOUNDS IN JOINTS DURING EVERY MOVEMENT

I love to smell my body odors but when i accidentally saw one of my friend also do this i hate him for this habit but not hate myself and loves my body odors. I mean i can see other people dirtiness other people filthiness but cannot see mine. I don't drink water from a glass which someone has already used don't drink water of any person who drank before me until fully wash it.I don't eat from other people's plates due to fact they are dirty but sometimes i am dirtier than them but even then thinks myself clean than others or if someone has infection then due to fear of infection i hesitate to see him even though he/she is at verge his death even after death i won't touch his body not even his taboot (on which we take him to graveyard) not even eat from their house for days as he might use same plates but the main thing is even his diseases isn't of kind infecting or spreading avoind him even though he sufferes from diseases like can-cer,malaria which are not infecting but i avoid even seeing them due to fact of fear of infection,disease will occur in me.
Avoid touching people even healthy ones.

It feels like some hot awfully painful fluid started gathering into my soles and toes and it hurts a lot with hot flushes of heat and redness on soles.

Its seems psoriatic arthritis flaring up same as before along with gouty arthritis.

Sameer what sulphur did both mentally and physically no other remedy did it. I think it was sulphur 30 who did have long lasting effect like its been 6-7weeks and may be now its effect started fading. I know its silly going back to same potency again even after using sulphur 200 and lm3 but can't we try same sulphur 30c with some succession.
Oh last thing i did an email to Masood pharma you know from which i got sulphur LM3 they confirmed that they strictly made LM designated by Hahnemann. So they say there isn't any mistake in manufacting. Should i go with Lm3 again what's your suggestion if go with lm3 then should i made a new dilution just for satisfaction. OR WHAT YOUR ADVICE.

I don't have Sulph LM4 right now it would take time to arrive i was thinking of buying from helios but it would take almost more than
20days. Should i buy LM4 from masood pharma? and order LM5 and LM6 from helios for future.

Regarding making dilution. What i understand is should take 250ml solution i.e 220ml water and 30ml alcohol. The ratio is almost 1.6:10,Am i right.

Getting a 250ml glass bottle is really impossible but can get a disposable plastic bottle. Can we use this.or use Only 100ml glass bottle which is available locally


Sameer, its your opinion /advice sulphur LM4 is needed.I asked because i requested that sulphur did great job but are you satisfied with sulphur LM4. My pains are very much worse

passes like fire too much burning in and around anus. Burning also spread on whole pelvic region i.e hips thigh etc. Joints Pains and swelling are worsening with the passing of every minute. When will i be free of pain totally :( :( :(. Wrists,finger,ankles and feet pains that much i makes harder to type as it involves wrists. Numbness is still there but 40% improved after lachesis. I think usually when uric acid is present in blood, blood became think and that's may be makes it numb or it may be some problem in brain or it may be nerves
problem etc. Anyway numbness isn't an issue right now but real thing now is pain in feet soles,ball of toes all both feet, ankles severe pain, elbows and great pain in wrists though the whole pain isn't bad like it was first but almost like it.
I must also let you know when first got arthritic attack i took acid benz. 30 as you know and acid benz 30 made another two more attacks. Still symptoms matches acid benz like cracking sounds in every painful joint, like urine problem etc. I am much worried about urination problem and digestion problem and bowel movement problem. Can this be action of lachesis.
I at this movement don't know what to do due to my doubtful part of my temperament. I sit

Why i dreamed about snake a bright green snake with great poison and during my normal life today i fear about snake when going to sleep and start sleeping suddenly fear of snake and woke up. this happens couple of times today. Is this related to lachesis???? or still lachesis is acting or is it proving of lachesis and may be lachesis need antidote???

i asked about, should i order sulphur lm5 and lm6 or and sulphur 10m,50m or which one you say for future and let me know if you know any trusted pharmacies/stores in new york possibly manhatan. though i take sulphur lm4 bought from my local pharmacy but you also know about their lm medicines doesn't seem trustworthy. my relatives are in new york they can buy and send me remedies as i am now in severest joints pain.
