mentally i feel boring mostly and sometimes unknown depression occured. After whole time of medicine i can't say i got cure for any ill. Rather today i can say that my all illness are relapsing/occuring again which got recovered with homeopathy. I mostly can't feel the remedy worked on me. I am today in great tension due to reoccurance of illness. But one thing i must acknowledge you that is after ten day of remedy my two days gone like heaven i feel mentally very well but for only two days. Now a days all physical problems reoccured again even problems which passed a whole year of recovery

One more thing Dr.Sameer that i must inform you is that my keloids on shoulders and arms got three times big than before and a lot more new appeared after i had taken calc. Tomorrow i will take calc. 1m only one single dose.

hi Sameer.
Today my external non bleeding hemorrhoid got worsen 'its painful to touch ' i can feel a prominent vein right from inner anus to outer hanging like lump. This lump occurred after i firstly got external hemorrhoid. It sometimes becomes prominent when i take homeo remedies for it and sometimes when i don't eat carefully it becomes a bit bigger and somehow painful and harder. And now this very painful to touch like open wound or pain like a cut with knife.
Can i take allopathy anti inflammatory anti pain FELDENE or Any other.
I today took a dose of 1m calc. because i think today 3 days are gone. This hemorrhoidal pain is before taking calc.

Can i atleast take painkiller or can i apply anal ointments without steriods. ( But almost all anal ointments contains menthol)

Apologise for interrupting, Dr. Sameer but could not stop myself as the patient seems to be in a lot of pain.
All symptoms and the aggravation point strongly that now it is time to give Nitric Acid which may need to be followed by Thuja to complete the cure.

Nitric Acid cannot be given after Calc, they are extremely inimical remedies.
We will see in some time but right now it is too soon to do anything. Rest assured that Calc was selected after very careful analysis.
And, the patient has already taken Nit-ac in the past.

I cannot reply to your querries everyday, and it will be very difficult for me to keep pace with your posts.
Please report back at suggested intervals or atleast at a reduced frequency.
Feel free to chose some other prescriber if you feel the treatment needs to move faster.

oh Dr.Sameer don't mind or fed up from my posting too soon you can also guess that this kind of thing is also in my personality (informing Doctor daily its in my normal life too that's why all allopathic doctors says that i am a psyschic). Please don't mind about my queries. I just wanna inform all changes occuring. If newly occured cutting pain like fissure/ulcer or reoccuring hemorhroids are also pointing towards calc. then i will wait.
After one only single dose of 1m to till today the whole day going sleepy/dizziness and itching on legs.My wife's delivery date is coming near when i think about it my syptoms get worse and severe.

Physically,

Rather i can say that all fissure which were previously recovered 100% a year ago, started paining again but it feels that they are opening again somehow.No effects on hemorrhoids or perspiration or keloids or tiredness.
Itching on Nose increased.
Mentally,
Nothing at all, Still having fear of cancer and fear of disease and sensitiveness.
I must also inform you that i carefully examine myself and i shall accept that i have some jealousy in me. I like to be dirty and i don't like my room or surrounding to be cleaned. I think people don't understand my explaining on anything. I am the world most lazy, tired person.
Just for information can you think that ignatia is also my constitutional remedy?

Please read above and continue here i forget to mention an important point that is i have severe pain on anus from outer to deep inner which i felt while sitting and laying and walking may be there in inside a deep lesion or inner anus or anal sphincter contain a located abscess.
And from yesterday it started appearing little abscess on my different parts of body and also some allergy effect like itching with boils appearing on my finger and hands.And keloids on my shoulder feels great itching as i do want to scratch them but no size reduction in them rather becoming bigger.
I reply again on same day because i think it might be important points to you to judge either remedy started working or not.

OK i must tell you that my body usually responds to potencies like this usually 30c act within 5days 200 acts within 9-10 days and about 1m i think 1m don't act on me.10m in 21-23days.
Anyway you asked from some remedies, the answer is following.
1)Lachesis 200
i haven't taken 200 in my life i was recommended 30 by you, felt no response on fissure/ulcer except my hemorrhoid get very slimmed even like a thread but at that time i was also doing physical exercises

waited for 20 days no effect on fissure, just hemorrhoid got a bit better

I am really very frightened of that remedy i took 3 doses with an hour gap and all my i must say all my symptom which got better previously got relapsed even hemorrhoids got worse like it was before. This remedy was suggested by a very qualified doctor but this remedy brings all diseases back, its very horrible remedy

I waited for 18days no effect nothing at all.

Physically get better with nitric acid 200 often for hemorrhoids and fissure and no mental improvement with any of these remedies but i remember now that three four months ago i got pains on left side of front and back chest but its not actually heart pain , no allopathy drugs have effects on those pains, i visited my professor ( a homeopathic doctor) he said symptoms are pointing towards heart but its not actually heart anyway he gave me a one single dose of a remedy and told me he is not telling me remedy name just watch its action i take and got better within an hour both mentally and physically mentally i felt that this the happiest days begins but mentally things gone bad after two weeks but i got really shocked what kind of remedy he gave me i run back to him told him i am good and well both mentally and physically he then told me that its ok to tell me now then he told me he gave KALI CARB 200c one single dose. But later on kali carb 200c stopped working on me i didn't upgraded to 1m without his advice but i rarely visited him because he is really busy and hard to get time from him and he is in another city. He later on told me that my remedy may be ignatia but he gave carcinocin 1m not ignatia i didn't ask him why.
I don't remember any other remedy which acted on me except kali carb 200c. After kali card 200c mental improvements are unbelievable but when i take kali carb i was also taking allo anti depression tablet Sertraline and doctor said i feel better within 15days and when i take kali Carb 200c its also the 15th day of allo medicine but i stopped right before taking kali Carb as my professor is against taking both at once and as almost all allopathic doctors says that i am really wahmi (sensitive) person not else medicine is given to me for any disease just anti depressent you cannot believe that in much higher doses that no one can takes, this Sertraline tablet three times once daily is enough for depressed person but for me three times. OK i will take today, i should take remedy same in the following way na:
'Please take 3 doses of Ars Album 30c equally spaced by 30 minutes for ONE single day only, to be taken as described below.
Dissolve 2 drops of Carc 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can turn the bottle upside down a few times for the drops to spread after dissolving.
1 teaspoon from here using a disposable spoon is 1 dose.
Let me know in 7 days after the 3 doses. I look forward to your response.
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be AVOIDED during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
