Is there any sensation of empty space between fore head and brain? Yes, when in high anxiety, depressed, and the feeling of hopelessness due to prayers not being answered yet.
any ringing/roaring feeling in the ear? Yes a faint roaring and when under stress a faint ringing.
does your own voice roar/echo in your ears and cause distress? Talk to myself in my head. Sometimes unwelcomed thoughts come into my head even when I try to stop them from coming, this causes distress.
any pimples/warts on face/nose? Birthmark mole on right side of shin. A couple of flat brown birthmarks. A couple of pimples on forehead. A couple Across both cheeks and cheeks are red.
do you bite the inside cheeks while chewing, accidentally ? Yes. Often. Bleed.
jaws stiff lower jaws or upper jaws ? Lower jaw.

Dislike the lingering smell on my clothes. Think people are killing themselves and others around them and wasting money.

Ok, I'll look for Opium canum or papaverinum sommiferum, think I did see that name in the list. Also Carcinosin 200c could it be under another name? I know you said to get one dram I'll have to call the company because it says two dram on the order page.

abchomeo doesn't have carcinosinum , there are other sites which sell liquid ; It seems nobody sells pellets of Carcinosin in US ; May be avilable in UK;

I am going to wait to order the remedies when I get back from visiting my family. They may come after I am gone. I don't want them sitting out in the elements. Also my sister may have the remedies that I need, I can ask her when I go see her.
I didn't ask her to treat me because she is busy taking care of my mom who has alzheimers.

YOur constitutional remedy should be Causticum . The rest of the remedies include 'action enhancer (opium), neutralizing agents of effects of tobacco or effects of prolonged sorrow or depression or losses etc.- Carcinosin, Ignatia , ; Arnica for effects of sorrow as well as for pain .
Apart from causticum , the rest are general medicines . I was thinking that the transport/shipping cost would be more in case each medicine is being ordered at a time , also the delay in encountering the directed symptoms in time .
Still , it is not totally possible to tell which way the symptoms are going to manifest after the initial doses or after the constitution .
I was considering the cost of shipping , that it so hight it seems to me in US . And the time it takes to reach .
