help me - parkinson's symptoms

No tremors of hands or legs what is troubling me is speech and balance problems. I am taking bar carb 200 many times a day. pl help me.

Present Balance and Speech problems as on Sep 2015::
For last two year or more I have developed tendency to fall i.e. losing balance. No tremors in hands as of now
1. What others noticing in me that of late, my reflexes and movements are not quick enough and I have become very slow.
2. Difficulty in getting up or sitting in chair.
3. Difficulty in sitting into or getting out of a CAR.
4. Difficulty in climbing stars and getting down stairs
5. Balancing problem while moving around.
6. Losing balance like a child learning to walk.
7. Tendency to lose balance.
8. Tendency to fall down.
9. Movements are like a drunkard while moving around normally.
10. Difficulty in writing and signing. Slow, bad writing
11. I am 73 yrs. I feel I am of 80 or 90 yrs. age.
12. Difficulty expressing myself. Difficulty in word-finding
13. Yogic relaxing of body muscles not possible, earlier it was possible
14. I feel the one way valve of stomach week.
15. Swallowing problems of water, going the wrong way.
16. Soles of the feet have become very sensitive. I have to wear slippers in the house.
17. Leg calf muscle cramps. Neck turning is limited
18. Difficulty in wearing socks and tying shoe laces.
19. Saliva drips from corners of mouth during sleep (drooling).
20. Now I am getting COUGH with mucus..
21. Small warts on the neck and in arm pits and corn on right sole since many years (>50yrs).
22. Prostate: Even now when I have a urge it is difficult to hold.
23. Watering in the nose while eating particularly.
24. Mucus collects in the throat interfering with talking difficult to spit out.
