Last night slept extremely well through the nite. Felt I had not done that in a long time. Before that 2 nights did not sleep well.
In general - feeling ok. Ear ache comes and goes but of late not noticed it much. Swelling still there.
Feeling ok, not too positive. But recntly had a small upset related to a relative who was making loud talking noises till late at night (that's the reason no sleep) - also my mistake was that i had had tea that day morning and evening (should not have had tea). Will never drink tea again. Small upset was that I felt angry inside - very sad and angry but didn't want to show anger. Went and told him to sleep. Also, I cried a bit in bed. He is not here today.
But I realized that I find it difficult to be assertive. I realize that is almost a defect. But I was the younger child, so I find it hard to be assertive. I find that I am always trying to please others. It just feels safer that way.
Hair fall has been there during shower - but I had to use henna again last week, so tat is the reason I guess. The 2 wrinkles on forehead are showing deeper. Can I sue cream on face?

The upset apart, how would you rate your quality of sleep? esp. when it's some months ago and now? Have you had trouble with sleep earlier?
Next time you notice ear pain, please take two doses of belladonna 200c at that point of time, and report the effects thereafter.

upset - quality of sleep was poor - as I kept thinking into the night, but I had had tea twice that day - and I'm assuming that may have been part of the problem. I've had trouble with sleep on days when I've had tea in the afternoon.
Last 2 nights have been good sleep - slept through the night.
Had not slept in the afternoon on those days.
Ok - will take BD200c 2 pils next time there's ear ache. Thank you.

Had pain in left side neck towards the back of neck. This was after I worked a bit at the computer like I normally do everyday. Then had eaten - felt as if I may have had sour food that may have triggered the pain - felt like a headache - except located in neck. Then when I took a hot bath - I stayed in hot water for a long time - then the pain eased off and disappeared completely. Slept extremely well for the 3rd nite in a row. Sleeping well at nite has become a blessing.

Had quite a bit if scalp itch, washed scalp itch stopped. Lost lot of hair (about 4 table spoons worth in size, my hair is about 2 inches long). Had not slept well previous nite but slept better last night after the hair washing. Feeling quite good emotionally though. Joy-ful, some humor and laughter.

a lot of hair fall in last 2 weeks.
back of head is starting to feel thin on touch. some more bald spots visible on scalp.
sleeping better as eating better. mood - positive, doing better at work - finishing up work project well and with some focus (have been getting a bit distracted as I jump from one topic t another but getting a lot done across the different projects or topics.

Had left shoulder stiff yesterday with left side neck pain - as if a headache but on side of neck. Realized I had skipped lunch and later eaten fried and some sour food - so switched to bland starchy soup - and it worked - head ached stopped for some time before it returned. Anyway - was better after full night's sleep, no headache today.
Just had itchy spots on scalp, noticing they are typically coinciding with balded spots. Mind generally calm.

also realized that the headache and indigestion was sort of acidic feeling, and later realized that I had been constipated / not passed stool in morning - although feeling 'full'. Felt much better after passing a lot of stools last night, that is when I really felt better.

Had paper thin scabs from scalp, circular about the radius of a green-pea. Itching at back of neck where it meets scalp. Also itching at top of scalp, a but hardened at top of head.

Washed head at night before bedtime as it was itching badly. Itching stopped after washing with shampoo.
Slept a bit late.
Woke up with alarm clock buzz - feeling tired, sad. Cried a bit quietly on a work phone call.
Trying to get work done, feeling a bit slow physically, as if body is trying to keep up. Feels slight chill as if I'll be getting a cold, feeling cold. - although I'm not sure if I will get a cold.

Had slight ear ache at night when I had head at slight tilt to the right side. the parotid gland is swollen a lot and seems to be hurting my ear from inside. You had advised peviously taht if I get ear ache again i should take Belladona 2 pills. Will do that now as the ear is aching again this morning slightly, and I felt a slight deafness for less than a second. The sharp sound in ear is always there as usual.

I took Belladonna 2 pills on Jan 7 (1 day after I said I would).
The ear pitch - seems like its from both ears but is louder in right ear, feels as though it's coming from the back or extreme right side of the right ear, as if it is being played at the right side. It is a very high pitch - feels like the same pitch, so sound does not change. Feels like --- if you try to imagine a violin of very high pitch - continuous same pitch, very high pitch. Not too loud, but continuous same note being held. For some reason it feels 'metallic' - like a metallic instrument high pitch. but continuous so violin like effect. It is one single sound and is not collective. I sometimes feel as though maybe its the sound of my brain/inner workings of my brain - not sure if that's pure imagination or guess woks on my part. As if I could hear if I were standing in a factory - a continuous sound of a machine that is cutting at high pitch. Shrill. Quite Loud, but bearable.

also the sound in right ear could be described as high pitch continuous whistle blowing at same intensity and pitch day and night - all the time. The only time I don't hear it is if some other sound drowns it and it is louder, such as when a train is going by with loud sound or loud music us being played.

In the mouth - Gums are hurting deep under molar some on left side..will get teeth checked soon. Area just above left jaw also hurting some.

The right ear swelling seems to be slightly less - but I'm not sure if I'm imagining its reduction.
I believe I have taken Sulphur in the past - will have to check and get back to you.
