Lats 3 days - started with itching in scalp - so washed hair, felt better but noticed lot of hair loss while washing.
Last night also washed hair.
have been using henna to color hair - so maybe itch is related to that? not sure, but am trying to avoid chemical dyes, and this is supposed to be 100% herbal ayurvedic henna.

mind feeling a bit calm as if numb to negativity of other people, even when the person says something nasty. I notice i'm not reacting with words, rather with silence, some of the reaction is from conscious decision (not to react), and some is likely the kali phos. calming.
Slept better at night last nite and woke up at 5:20 a.m. Have not slept in afternoons.

Had slight itch with small bumps at back of neck where hair/scalp starts. High pitch sound continuously at night, had trouble sleeping as I had slept in afternoon and sleep cycle disturbed. Mind was hyper with thoughts of all recent events rushing through one after another. Slept for about an hour in total. Will try to adjust back to normal sleep tonight.

forgot to mention that 2 days ago I had sever acidity after eating spicy tomato based curry, got shoulder ache and neck pain. Passed stool, felt a bit better then again pain. Then realized that I was acidic. So ate a crunchy pear, felt better and pain went off. Slept at night and next morning did not have any acidity or pains.
Today, have been working on some accounting and feeling overwhelmed in keeping track of some data. Yearning to finish this, feeling a bit impatient with the numbers calculation and mind is not as calm/clear. Getting some numbers jumbled.

ear pain (right ear) has become more frequent, especially while sleeping. Noticed that last night the pain was also extended to the neck region where the gland just below right jaw was also hurting.
Am trying to meet with an ENT regarding this. Please advise.

Left ear - there is a cracking sound, and feels as if something (perhaps like a hair) is in the ear, even as I touch finger near ear opening, the cracking sound starts again.
Right side / neck issue mentioned earlier, feels like a bit full, as if there is something in side of neck/in right ear.

Got my period yesterday.
Scalp itching at back of neck area, along the edge of scalp, with small flat rough itchy bumps along/just above the scalp line where scalp meets neck(sort of like mosquito bites).

Felt a bit irritated last few days. Feeling uneasy about small things family members say. Feeling so many things spoken are unnecessary and gossipy, getting a bit annoyed although I keep that thought to myself.

In the meantime, had cracking sound in left ear few days this week, but now that has stopped.
The pain in right ear not noticeable last 2 days/nights. Checked with ENT today, he and the audiologist said my hearing is normal, the doctor said very slight hearing loss in both ears, but that is quite fitting with my age (he showed me a chart where '0' was for kids, and -20% was teh lowest point on my chart where there was only 1 spot and her said that is for my me but that was still part of the greyed 'normal' area where -20% was the lowest limit. He asked me if I chew gum a lot, I do a bit. He told me stop chewing gum. Regarding pain on right side of neck - he said that are is the prostid /parotid gland gets swollen sometimes (he said it's sort of like a kidney stone) and it creates saliva. He said I should drink a lot of eater and lemon drops and massage the area if it pains, allowing it to drain.
The pain in ear and tinnitus - he asked if I grind teeth and I said yes, have in the past, not sure if I still do it though. He asked me to get a mouth guard and ear it at night to prevent grinding of teeth in future.

Please procure Lycopodium LM1. This is obviously different from x or c scale medicine. So specifically get this one.
Prepare the medicine solution as follows:
Take a 150 ml water bottle, pour inside 120ml of mineral water/packaged drinking water. Tip a granule of Lycopodium LM1 (one pill only) into the water bottle and let it dissolve(don't touch the pill with hands, use the cap of the vial to tip in). Shake the water bottle, up and down vigorously for 8 times and from this water bottle you will take one drop (use a dropler or a filler- disposable) to a disposable cup (approx. equal to 400 ml having fresh water slightly below the brim), stir the cup for a couple of times gently, and from this cup take a teaspoon(use a disposable tea spoon to stir and take dose) as a dose. You would keep the water bottle safe but would empty the contents of the cup after the dose. For the next dose, you will fill the cup with fresh water anew, and would transfer one drop from the water bottle after due shaking i.e shake the water bottle 8 times up and down just before every dose.
Every time you will only change the contents of the cup afresh and not the water bottle. Keep the water bottle in a cool dry place without exposure to sunlight or strong odours. To identify the bottle and not to make any mistake, you may label it with appropriate name.
Take a dose every 2 days. Please report after 3rd dose. If you have doubts please ask.'

That was Lyco LM1. Now we'd go for C scale with the same remedy. The first potency you need to get is 30c.

In teh mean time - ears are itchy deep inside, especially left ear. Left ear s also crackling.
Right ear slight pain at night while sleeping - seems to be the same area (prostid salivary glad enlarged - as explained by ENT). Feels it is connected ot deep inside ear 'coz at nite it feels as thought pain is coming from deep in ear. Mr. ENT had said I could drain it by massaging and drinking plenty of water ad some lemon drops. Well - water didn't help. Will try lemon drops (any chance???).

Couldn't help but had to dig my nail into ears. Got some stuff out - looks like yellowish brown wax mixed up with white dandruff like powdery stuff. felt only slightly better after taking some of it out.
