Dear Dr.Organon
Don't engage these people. They feel ABC is their own turf, and any new comer with good intentions will be bullied, harased, intimitidated, verbally assaulted and what not till they feel disgusted and leave.
More so with those, who don't toe their line of 'this for that' homeopathy.
I have been weathering these bullys since a few years and emerging stronger. however I don't want you to get you too sucked into the verbal dual.
Ignore them and let us do what we are best at..treating and helping people.
I will come back shortly after going throgh the case once again.

Dear Murthy ,Dr. Organon,
I have gone through the case once again , keeping Nit-ac in mind.
In my opinion , Sepia or Natrum mur might be better starting remedies.
Another option would be to start with Nit-ac ,then try Sep if Nit-ac. fails and, then Nat-m., in case Sep. also fails.
These three remedies anyways form a nice cycle. Sep. is complementary to Nit-ac and Nat-m to Sepia.

Dear Mr Murthy, don't worry, I've already begun to realise how thinggs work here, which I'm finding intriguing to say the least. I certainly won't be getting sucked into anything, as I have no interest in such pointless pursuits, nor will I be going anywhere any time soon.

First of all , no medicine (last of all Lycopodium) needs to be repeated 3 times a day for 2 weeks.
You are giving a barrage of stimulus to the vital force without letting its curative action to develop.
I am not debating the choice of Lycopodium here but the dosage seems to be way over the top.

Dear Sameer, sounds like a good plan to me.
I would say though that the patient does not seem particularly sullen or brooding to me, which would be key pointers to both Sepia or Nat Mur. Nor does he seem to be particularly 'busy', and preoccupied with everyday tasks, which would be a pointer to Sepia, and there has been no mention of past dissapointments in relationships, or a great influence from music, which would be key pointers to Nat Mur. Sepia also, in my experience, is almost always indicated in women rather than men.
Nitric acid on the other hand would fit his personality rather well, do you not think?

n winter with a simple pullover, now I must take coat, scarf, gloves. Even though my favourite season is winter and I like cold weather.I must to be care with temperature changes, with cold drinks and food.

Patient has mentioned , 'gloomy' , 'aversion to company' and 'reserved' which pointed me to Nat-m.
Moreover , palpitations during throat infections are present in Nat-m.
Sepia can have the gloomy state as well.
Hence I thought those remedies. Also other generals of the patient score quite heavily in these two, Sepia in particular.

A patient must have every symptom of a remedy for it to be the Similium? Interesting. I think you will find this would depend on the misamatic diathesis of the individual Mr Varma.
And we are not trying to provide a 'fix', we are trying to cure the patient, maybe this is the difference between our prescribing techniques.
