This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I believe that the remedy you are already taking Arnica, should help your ulcer to heal.

How have you responded to the Nat Phos ?

Hi Joe,
I brought the remedy nat phos down to one tablet as instructed and i'm a bit constipated again so i think i'll stick with the three, maybe its too soon yet, although i think i'm about a month now constipation free, so what do ya think...?
also yesterday was a great day for my hernaited disc, just after a week of arnica and hypericum the severe pain left and all i had was an achy back, so i went out and drove the car was on my feet for a lot of hours, pushing the pram with messages and all, started to get sore, went home and started making the dinner, all i did was a big sneeze and it was out again, i'm in agony and cant straighten up, so frustrating after doing so well, so i'm feeling pretty miserable right now, but anyway i'll go on taking the remedy, thats all i have,
talk soon

I cannot remember your case and the reason why you are taking Nat Phos and Arnica.

I believe you posted in another thread and there is no connection with the other and I am lost.

Please put me back into the picture.

Hi Joe,

I rec-checked the post on the other thread and realised you said to reduce the dose if my bm was too soft, so it was my mistake,
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/81971/

i thought you meant to reduce it cause i was on the three for over a month now, but just to let you know i went back to taking the three and i'm back to normal again, i went last night, yesterday morning i was straining myself and couldn't go with just the one nat phos, so at least i know now, i'm taking the nat phos and arnica because of my constipation and food intolerances, anyway i need to ask you something, a woman on the forum said i could take grapefruit seed extract to help my pms problems, ya dont think it would interfere with my remedy?

thanks Elaine

You have seen that just 1 Nat Phos tablet does not help you and you can perhaps increase it to 2 for a couple of days and then if it is still not helping you can go back to 3.

I have observed that those who are helped by NP are usually able to stop using this remedy in a few weeks or months. In other words you do not have to depend on NP for the rest of your life unlike the standard H2 blocker drugs that are only partially effective and have other side effects.

In answer to your question about grapefruit seed, I do not have any experience with this remedy and you can use it and see for yourself how you respond.

I would like to assure you however that NP is quite safe to be used for long periods as long as you do not exceed a maximum of 3 tablets taken 3 times daily. It is best of course to reduce the dosage as far as possible and wean yourself from any medication and let your body to take over.
