how has your weight varied/changed since 1999? please explain thoroughly

John Stanton last decade
I was 125 in 1999. Just about a 5 Pound weight loss when I noticed the hair loss.
I have been 150 by the end of my pregnancy. 105 Pounds this time Last Year and now I have settled at 115.
I do not think my weight loss has an effect on my hair loss as it is constant in my weight gain and Loss. It does slow at times but the hair does not grow back in the front. If I do notice growth it is in the back and very thin and weak.

Sincere post,

There is no cure for your hair loss.

What you should concentrate your efforts on, is getting to love your body image. In the absence of this you will live an unhappy existance, wasting your time and money seeking solutions to the unsolvable. You may aswel seek the holy grail.

Anyone that tells you otherwise is a charlatan after your money.

Go on. Give yourself a big hug and move on.

I do eat alot of starch. I do drink alot of Fruit Juices and Tea. I am currently starting a multivitamin. I am trying to drink more water. I would say sometimes I usually drink 1 glass of water a day. I have tried to increase that. I do drink my tea with lots of sugar. I like spicy food. I like my food Hot. I do not eat Pork. I do not eat much beef or chicken. I do love eggs. Sunny side up. I eat curries and rice. I am not sensitive to any foods. I did one time about 6 years ago have a reaction to something as my upper lip swelled up pretty bad. only once in my life. I did not know what caused that reaction.

I have been successful in controlling the loss of hair in many cases with Arnica 6c to be taken with any good Fish liver oil and Vitamin E.

Dose 2 balls Arnica 6c 3 times daily. 1 capsule FIsh oil and Vit E daily.

You should notice a reduction of your hair loss in 2 weeks and new growth should be visible in about a month.

Suggest you also read the many other posts on this BB on the same subject.

I am very cold all the time. My Hands and feet are always cold. My knees sometimes hurt when I get up after sitting for a long time. If I sit on my feet, they start feeling numb after a while. I get irrated very easily.Do you think Phosphorus will help me. I do not like to drink cold water.

John Stanton last decade
does this remedy usually work for hair loss and will i regrow my hair?

YWHAIR last decade
yes and at least 50 other remedies have "hair falling " symptomology --- this treatment will not be "mircle grow" --if underlying causation is addressed -- natural functions will be restored to 'personal' levels---acording to what is actually capable -biologically for that individual...as health becomes more 'qualified' so does natural functions ability to restore...

John Stanton last decade
i do not drink soft drinks but how long should i avoid salty foods and caffine.
