13 year old Girl, Doctor Anuj

I have a 13 year old grandchild. She has the following problems. in first i give the background:
The girl is very sensitive. She cries easily if something sad or scary happens. She is very fair. She gets hurt easily, even by others.
The girl is significantly overweight. She is about 155cm tall but weighs at least 75kg.
The girl is fair. The skin is fair. The girls knees are slightly bent inward. She know that she is overweight. The girl is mean to her siblings, who are very slim.
The girl said she was tired, but quite happy with how she was feeling at the moment.
The girl tried to lose weight in the spring and started cycling. The enthusiasm only lasted a month.
When the girl was cycling, she sweated easily and her face turned red.
The girl likes sweet food and candies.
She drinks soda every day.
As a little girl, she secretly ate candy because it was always available on the table at home, even though she wasnt allowed to eat it.
The girls mother lets her bake a lot of cookies because she loves baking. Unfortunately, this makes the girl even more overweight.
The girl likes sunny and hot weather. In winter she likes frosty days. In winter the girl goes skiing.
Sometimes the girl likes rainy weather, but then she needs to be warm. Thunderstorms scare her.
The girl is afraid of the sea and flying. She is afraid of heights. She is also afraid that someone close to her will get sick. Her mother got sick with kidney infection and the girl cried a lot because she was afraid that her mother would die.
The girl is thirsty and drinks a lot. Fortunately, her blood sugar levels are still normal.
In winter, the girl likes the room to be warm, but not in summer. The girl sleeps without clothes.

The girls period is normal. The first two or three days are painful.

There is a family history of kidney disease, coronary artery disease, and dementia.

Girl has allergies. She is sensitive to insect bites. I give her Apis 30C when an insect bites. Usually the bite area swells and starts to turn red. Apis makes it easier.
In the spring, the girl reacts to pollen. Her nose and eyes run watery. Her eyes itch. Sneezing. Apis 30C helps with this too.

The girl has a stomach ache. The girl could not say where in particular her stomach hurts. She said that it affects her entire stomach (intestine). The pain is relieved when she has a bowel movement (diarrhea).
Causes pain: rye bread, oatmeal, dairy products, ice cream, yogurt, chocolate

It would be important to get her stomach healthy, her allergies to ease and her weight to drop. I know that the girl suffers from her own overweight. I think that because of her overweight, the girl has poor self-esteem. This manifests itself in the fact that she is mean to her sisters, who are athletic and slim. The girl wants care and hugs.

I dont dare interfere with their eating. The girl eats large portions of food for her age.
