Thank you Dr, his eyes are much better now though still a little red but not as itchy.

His hives have now gotten worse. They are in his face, bends of elbows and knees and wrists and small of back.

Should I start natrum mur or hepar sulph calc?

Thank you!

What do you mean by hives? Red bumpy rashes? Or urticaria? Should I take it as urticaria?

It is a red itchy bumpy rash.

I also want to add that he has a slight language delay and was a later walker, at 15 months and skipped crawling but was scooting to get around. He walks fine now though, he is almost three now.

Stop all the remedies. You have psorinum right? Just give him one dose only. After 24hrs start following remedies. Please continue psorinum fortnightly till 3 months it will cover his miasm.

Antipyrinum 30....1 dose morning
Urtica urens 30....1 dose evening.

If itching and hives are too much then give him 2 doses of each remedy in a day till 3 days then 1-1 dose each. This protocol will completely cure him.

Let him emerge out from this, then I will prescribe a protocol for his overall health.
