Lichenification

Hi. Due to excessive scratching because of eczema I had developed lichenfication on my skin. But I used rhus tox 200C and it got rid of most of it. But the rhus tox 200x has stopped working and there is only a little lichenfication left. What should I do? Should I use higher potency of rhus tox? Or use different medication?
