Lpr- post nasal drip, pain in the sternum, acid reflux, regurgitation, dry throat
I am a 55 year old female. I have been suffering from post nasal drip, sore and dry throat and food regurgitation for the past 10 years. Have tried allopathy. I was prescribed ppis. They have not been of any use. Need advice for this relief. Pl helpKala123 on 2024-04-08

But first if you have not studied your diet you must make changes to cure .
The cells of our bodies need to be an alkaline ph. Too many acidic food choices over time leave cells acidic and that causes acid reflux, digestive problems. If you switch over to mostly alkaline foods for 2 weeks , the cell ph will return to alkaline. Google acid forming foods and alkaline forming foods to plan this. When cells are normalized then you can add back in acidic and you will know if you overdo it bc reflux will show up again.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
KALI BICHROMICUM [KALI-BI.] 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X.NAT MUR AND NAT PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
