Chronic ear infection/fluid in ears

Almost 6 year olds been dealing with chronic ear infections and fluid in ears for over 2 years now. We have been seeing a homeopath and she is better overall but still getting them monthly. Just not as severe. Our main concern is the drainage we want it to drain and stop it from being so frequent. There’s never been any discharge her symptoms are usually pain in ear/ears for a day or two max. Redness on ears and behind. Ear temp always runs above 101. We do ABC and Hepar sulp/puls when it starts. She’s on a constitutional tuber 200c once a week and calc carb 30 c 2x a day and cell salts 5,7,12 twice a day. I really believe she was vaccine injured and think we need to go deeper. She’s been on this constitutional for 9 months now. She has very clean diet gluten free and almost always dairy free, only has natural sugars. The only other things she exhibits is stimming her hands when she’s excited besides that she’s excelling at school and socially. Any suggestions?
