Mind not working and cant able to weep
2-3years back an incident happened with me there is a fight taken place between with me and my mom because of an issue and i abused my mother, watching this my sister called the police and police went to my house beat me and take me to police station and locked me in jail. I am getting very nervous what happened with me and after 4-5 hour they leave me and i went to my house and that night suddenly I am getting very nervous like of panic attack and feel pain in my head and loose all energy of my body and cant sleep at that night. Next day i went to the doctor for treatment they give me the medicine and i take it and i feel better and my nervousness gone. But after some days i notice that my mind is not working like working before that incident and i cant able to weep and tears not come from my eyes. Now I cant able to learn new things easily and feeling difficulty in talking and cant able to weep. Please any doctor help me.Nitin Kumar on 2024-03-29

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 30
05 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
OPIUM 30.
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION FERRUM PHOS 6X AND KALI PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Hello sir i take the remedies as you suggested. There is no improvement in symptoms on taking nux vomica. On taking opium 200 one symptom improved little tears started coming from my eyes, but there is no improvement in my talking. I cant able to tell the words easily which I have in my mind and this symptom become worsen.also my intellectual power become decreased after that panic attack.my mind is not working when someone tell me to do any task. No ideas coming in my mind, no thinking power.

Give a try to Causticum 200c.
A single dose and after 2 days take Colocynthis 200c . a single dose. Then report back after 7 days.

Hello dr sajid can i ask you why you prescribing me causticum and colocynthis. As I read on google that colocynthis is given mainly for pain in stomach.

Causticum and Colocynthis both have angry nature. Insulting behaviour. And in colocy patient try to weep but can not. This was the reason to suggest these remedies.
But it was very interesting case for me and i continued searching for something better.
And now i reached the best med for u and that is Nat Mur. Similimum to ur symptoms.
Take Nat Mur 200c. 1 dose daily for 3 days and the stop. And report back after 7 days.

Hello I take the remedy causticum 200 before 2 days. There is littleimprovement in my weeping only. Tears started coming from my eyes but my other symptoms remains same I am not able to use my mind in communicating with others also when someone asking me to do any work I feel burden in my mind to do that work and also I have no intrest to do any work. Cant able to understand easily any new things.also when I take the remedy I feeling some dizziness on walking.both remedy opium and causticim works only on difficulty in coming out of tears. Tomorrow I take the remedy colocynthis and then message you.
