Cat green poop

Hey is there any remedy for cat green poop? I tried Merc Sol at 30c Once a day, about 5-6days now.
I tried phosphorus too, didnt work out.

He is having Green poop (diarrhoea, mucous).
His one eye((Left) is always red water on and off (discharges kinda seem thick yellow to me but it doesnt glue his eye) and one side of gum ( right) has a bit of redness(gingivitis) i tried silica, ars album,phos, didnt work out for him.

And he is pooping green always at night, something it is at 8pm, sometimes at the late night.
