Gym goer, back pain no periods

Im single female late 30s, Im going to gym regularly for about 2 -3 months now. I do Zumba, cardio, CrossFit, weight lifting etc.
Before my periods been very regular and on time. But this month Im having unbearable lower back pain due to weight lifting, and also my date is due today but I only got spotting. Even I got spotting two days back. I put the sanitary napkin but got no bleeding.

I went to homeopath Dr for back pain, I think she gave me arnica and another medicine but no change. I also took one dose of pulsatilla 30 but no use.

Help me to get rid of terrible back pain and my periods back.

Unable to get rhus tix as its Sunday. But got mag phos.....also one Dr friend gave me sepia 30 2 drops, and pain got alot better...the pain is still there but lot better than before....now I could walk and sit.
What do you suggest now, should I take rhus tix? Also I want my periods to be normal, bleeding is not enough....

And please tell me why jumping, gym cause issues in periods and other girls are fine. I like dancing Zumba skipping

I mean there are other girls and ladies doing the same exercises as me, but last week I skipped and jumped a bit during Zumba.. but all other girls are fine except me...

Also after joining gym and even exercise at home my periods get delayed or painful....but I really need to be in shape and lose weight.

Im 56 ft and weights around 70.

But sometimes I get muscle pull and sometimes inflammation on joints or pain etc. am I low in calcium? My nails keep breaking
