Piles problem
Hello Kind Homeopaths:First of all, thank you for your noble act of helping out many people on this forum. God Bless you all!
I am a 50 Year old male with problem of rectal Piles.
History - started a couple of years ago - initially protruding only during/after stools; however, more recently, they have been bloody and painful also.
- I have had historical dryness and spring pollen/ragweed allergy issues, which are usually alleviated by Ars Alb 30 at the onset of the allergy season. Dryness/slight eczema around eye lids is still on but is not a major issue.
- No other major health issues.
- Currently taking no other medications.
I would appreciate suggestions/remedy advise to help with my situation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4-5-6
SULPHUR 200.EARLY MORNING EMPTY STOMACH SINGLE DOSE.
DAY 7 ONWARDS
NITRIC ACID 30
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION SILICEA 6X AND CALC PHOS 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.

Dear Mr. Anuj:
To report you the progress from the week 1 regime with Nux Vom 200 (3 days), Sulphur 200 (3 days) and the Salts as suggested:
I am very happy to report that the bleeding with stools is now stopped. The piles protrusion also seems to be lesser/smaller.
I will get the Nit Acid30 tomorrow and will report progress after one week.
In the meantime, do I need to practice any other precautions?
I appreciate your help with my situation and to prove the Homeopathy as a savior yet again!

Increasing your fiber intake.
Alcohol and caffeine containing drinks (tea, coffee and colas) should be avoided.
Non-Vegetarian food even eggs are completely restricted.
No Chilies in any form.
No deep-fried and oily food.
Avoid long journeys, sitting/driving riding for long hours.
While taking medicines, use common sense in diet to avoid everything you know to be hurtful, or doubtful.

Although hard, I am trying to comply with these guidelines and restrictions.
Also, I have now taken the Nit Acid 30 for 3 days, along with the salts. Things are slightly better but the protruding piles are still there, although no bleeding since Nux and Sulphur. I do have pain after stools, esp more so in the morning.
Question:
Shall I continue the regime with Nit Acid30 and both salts? if so, for how long? any need for repetition of Nux Vom or Sulphur in higher potencies?
