In our hospital we are managing the acute case in 20 minutes may be general pain , fever or heart pain other wise we are unbale to run hospital.

How to make nuclear and nano medicine
Know Procedure
Take one drop of Homoeopathic medicine at any potency in 5 gms /1 drum of 10 no. globs and keep for 10 minutes medicine enter in to the all globs automatically…
Then mix 1 globs of 10 no. in 100ml distilled water… Now your medicine is ready for use after hitting the bottles in palm 2 times before use. Advise him to take 1 cap or 5 ml in sever case interval of every 5 mintes for 4 doses and ask the pain or fever or any acute complain.. if your medicine is correct you will get the result fast.

In general cases you can repeat 4 hrly or 6 hrly or twice in a day till get relieved…
