fever, vomiting and stomach pain
Hello drMy son ayaan ( 7 yrs) has fever with stomach pain and vomiting
vomiting undigested food and mucus coming out
He has lot of bloating and he is very reatless
he is vomiting water also
i think he got stomach flu
he is complaining for sore throat too
plz give solution
