How to continue with Lachesis for snoring apnea

Lachesis 30ch goes well for me for the small apnea I have with throat snoring due to partial close of throat muscle while exhaling

But after some days it stops working. I have tried higher solutions without further success.

I have read that Lachesis is not for long term treatment and the Lycopodium or Hepar

My profile is Lycopodium compliant

I have taken Lycopodium 15ch once a day for a month without improving the sleeping issues

How should I proceed then?

Try Grindelia Robusta 6C - three granules in the morning and at night
and Sulphur 6C - five granules in the morning
