Thank you, as explained Bach does not do anything for me no use spending more money on it.
I took Lasea (lavender oil, pharmaceutical grade) two days and am feeling much better mentally.
Also taking NUX C200 occasionally.
I am also using a sulfur soap for my acne and rosacea, the pustules have decreased significantly and are healing after using this soap. Should not be using topicals but the problem was getting out of hand and I do not feel great going out like this.
If I stop Nux, a few days after slight gastric symptoms show up.
I will update again in a week.
