That depends on the specifics of your daughters case. Do they bleed? What do they look like, etc etc.? Try clicking the above "online remedy finder" link and typing something like "vaginal warts + warts female genitals".

If you're sure it's molluscum contagiosum, give her:

Molluscum contag. 200 once a week.

I saw spectaculiar results with this (disappearance in no time!!)
