sciatica

What remedy to use?
It seems I am suffering from SCIATICA on the right side. Pain goes to the back of the mid-thigh.

This has its roots in a gluteus minimus tendon tear (50%) and a labrum tear (hip) that I ignored for over 3 years. Bursitis ensued and then got an MRI.

But the physical therapist and I realized that most of the pain is from Sciatica.

Any advice would be great. I have tried r. grav and rhus tox and of course arnica.
