Sleep Disorder: Sleepiness.
Hello everyone,Just a month back, I had some problem: while working on a laptop, suddenly had a flash of current through spine and very intense anxiety, clairvoyant visions, red halo, heat and anxiety rising from the spine so intense that I couldnt sit straight (triggered itself, in few seconds).
Back few months: I already had sleep problems, I was sleeping for 6-7 hours a day and for some reason I was sleepy for the whole day except 7 PM to 3 AM where Id be fresh. Semi-conscious sleep, no deep sleep, frequent naps, etc.
1. I took Phosphorus 200c for 4 days along with biochem at night. Strong aggravation of Phosphorus.
2. After 10 days symptoms apparently started returning, so took 20 days of sugar balls of same Phosphorus, till last three days new symptoms appeared - frequent itching between legs (some skin eruptions had been there) during whole night, insensitive bladder (few drops of urine frequently for whole night).
3. After that I switched to sulphur 200c. Sleep improved, urine, skin, sleep problems improved to a great extent. Now, Sleeping issues - unable to sleep again once waking (no sleepiness after that, tho mild headache), involuntary twitch in left hand fingers and legs (right).
4. Took Nux Vom 200c today, sleep improved, had a bit discontinuous sleep (frequent wakings 3-4 times, tho, I was able to sleep again). Despite waking up fresh, sleepiness again till 5 PM and a bit headache. 6 to 12 is always fresh time for me, no sleepiness or headache.
5. I took one dosage of Nat Mur 200c during the first day too and apparently the symptoms keep bouncing from Phosphorus, Sulphur and Nat Mur. I had a brief of Sulphur symptoms - aversion to milk, frequent urge to urine, sudden stool at morning, aversion to bathing.
6. Sulphur causing intense aggravations - brain fag, sleeplessness, intense pain in right leg (this already exists), high pulse, etc.

Update:
Spine inflammation again (tho mild this time), during night active hours (9:30 - 10 PM) since two days.
Apparently it isnt happening now during afternoon day as earlier. The heat rises from spine and coldness and numbness on the whole body follows.

Update: Sudden spine inflammation problem fixed.
Ive just problems regarding sleep disorder.
Ive been continuing Phosphorus 200c, Nux Vom 200c. [Phosphorus at 6 AM, Nux Vom at 11 PM] everyday for 10 days almost. The problem is almost fixed, but theres still a little bit of issue.
- Sudden uncontrollable urge to sleep sometimes once, or twice a day (between 12 afternoon to 6 evening] for 1 hour straight very suddenly.
- Sleep during night is perfect, but as soon as it reaches morning, the sleep become very light - a tiny sound would wake up or disturb going to sleep again, despite Nux Vom 200c for 10 days.]
